Why not, Obama’s administration is starting to look a revived Clintonian Empire, with less retraints.

You know the appeasement policy will fail big time, why would she want to be the chief diplomat in times of epic diplomatic catastrophes?

Here’s my theory. Since she has been in the senate she has been treated as someone who very likely was going to be the next president. So alot of people kinda sucked up to her. ALot of republicans in that group. Now she knows she never will be president. She knows she just a junior senator and she will not get the chairmanships that she wants. So the chance to be a SOS has to be very appealing to her. IMHO.

Personally, I don’t think Hillary would accept the job. But the question is, why would Obama want her out of the Senate? Does he think she wouldn’t run against him in 2012 if she was his Sec. of State? And, who does he have in mind to replace her in the Senate if she did take the job? What Democrat in NY would he recommend to run for her Senate seat? Paterson is Governor, and Andrew Cuomo has his eye on the Governor’s Mansion. I live in New York State and can’t think of anyone.

Funny, the media savaged Bush for his appointees being from the 80’s. Obama is doing the same thing.

How about the Democrat that was going to run if Hillary did not-Nita Lowry? Hope I spelled her name right.

The misogynistic Muslim Obama needs to say he at least tried with one woman. He needs Hillary voters.

I think he wants her out of the senate. Remember, she did say she could handle that 3 am call better than he could. He is going to put her to the test. If she doesn’t pass his “pay scale”, he will probably can her!

Now she knows she never will be president. She knows she just a junior senator and she will not get the chairmanships that she wants. Yes, exactly. Plus, she is 61 years old. If Obama stays in office for 8 years, Hillary will be 69 years old. Perhaps 69 is too old to run . . . the Dems said 72 was too old. Her chances of running at age 69 for Prez are low, and she could really make a splash NOW as SOS . . maybe even get one of those Nobel Peace Prizie thingies.

I think the Obama administration will be a disaster, and if she was SoS, it would take her down with them. As senator, she’s got a secure job, probably for life. The only thing more tempting would be Supreme Court. Imagine the paybacks she could get via Bill and Chelsea.

If I was David Paterson, I would name David Paterson. I’m sure that he curses Eliot Spitzer every day for the financial mess he dropped in his lap.

My prediction: Obama is waiting for Hillary to accept it so he can squash her like a bug all over again. He’ll say they had talks, but no formal offer, and he wishes her well, and she’ll be left looking like a fool.
