I know nothing about it, but it sounds like a similar suit to the one that has been promoted to the Supreme Court in which a Sec. of State hasn’t vetting the presidential nominee.
If Obama and McCain were found to not be “natural born,” as neither were born on US soil, the Libetarian candiate, Barr, could be said to be the rightful president. Of course, Keyes was behind Barr on the overall vote tally, but at least he would be someone the Electoral College would be able to debate over, or the Congress could debate over, if not the Congress in each state, prior to naming its choice for President.
But as a candidate, Keyes may have the “standing’ that Berg lacked.
The only way Barr could get in is if he received an electoral vote and no other qualified candidate received an electoral vote. If Obama were disqualified between now and the time the Electors vote, then the Democrat electors would vote for Hillary or Biden (most likely the party leaders would pick a replacement nominee so all their electors could vote for him/her and avoid a nasty House fight).

Being born on a military base in Panama (which is still US soil, just as an embassy is), versus being born in Kenya (accusation on Obama) are totally different issues.
McCain has already been vetted. Even though he was not born on US soil, his father was stationed in Panama, I believe. Military personnel that are stationed out of the country that have children, the child is still viewed as a citizen..........something like that.

Don’t know how you can put Barr ahead of John McCain. He is the next highest vote-getter.
McCain’s eligibility to run for and become had he won POTUS has already been established. He was born to two US Citizens in the Panama Canal Zone in a Military Hospital. The Panama Canal Zone was a US Territory at the time, I believe.
AND McCain has submitted his birth certificate.
The only one with the problem is Barry Dunham Sotoro aka Obama. Even IF he’s a Natural Born US Citizen, which I doubt because of Constitutional Law in effect when he was born, I believe the name on his Birth Certificate is still Barry Dunham So(e)toro and not Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.
It is possible he ran for office as “Barak Hussein Obama” and not with his legal name. It’s okay if he’s gone through the legality of changing his name, but I do not believe he did.

A state attorney told me that Biden would be President. I don’t think anyone really knows what will happen. He should not have been allowed to run for office if he isn’t natural born but it’s a bit late for that.
Since we did not vote for the candidates, but instead for slates of electors, the Rat ticket is still the winner. If, before the Electors convene, Obama is found to be ineligible for the office, the Electors will simply vote for Biden. If Obama is found to be ineligible after the Electors convene, then Obama will not be allowed to take the office and it will again be Biden. If Obama is found to be ineligible after he takes office, he would be removed and it would be Biden again.
Some states require that the Electors vote according to the results of the popular vote and some do not. If it were discovered that Obama could not be President then this might create a situation where some of the Electors voted for Obama and some for Biden. No matter how they split Biden still ends up President if Obama isn't eligible, unless the Electors are simply not allowed in which case McCain might be elected (and the second American Civil War starts). Then there would be the law suits about Obama Electors belonging to Biden, etc.
There is no rational scenario under which anyone other than Obama, Biden, maybe McCain or possibly Pelosi (born in Baltimore) becomes our next President. There are two types of citizens. Natural born (born a citizen) or Naturalized (became a citizen some time after birth). The definition of who is natural born has been refined over the years, even as far back as the late 18th century, but the founders clearly had it in mind that children would be born to US citizens while they were in foreign countries and that these children would be considered natural born. There were gender based rules (father vs. parent) for the citizen parent that have been eliminated and residency rules that have been greatly relaxed.
