McCain has already gone through all the proper procedures, produced his certificate of live birth, and he is, without question, a natural born citizen.
The question remains has the SCOTUS ever defined or determined what ‘natural born citizen’ is? I don’t think so or not that I can find. Thus I’d specualte that if Obama gets removed because of this issue look for McCain to be called on the issue also. Assuming McCain would be consided in some fashion by the EC or the Congress in a state by state vote as a candidate.

Mr. Obama has sought Electors in California. The question is this: "Is Mr. Obama eligible to have California Electors awarded to him?
If someone had told you after 9-11 that in 2008 a half black (or arab—who knows for sure) man with a middle name of Hussein, who had only 143 days experience in the senate, who had no record of accomplishment, who hung out with domestic terrorists (Ayers) and was friendly with Louis Farrahkan, who attended a black liberation theology church, whose wife wrote a racist thesis, who would make his own Presidential Seal and would not pledge allegiance to the flag, who as a presidential candidate boasted about bankrupting the coal industry (the backbone of our energy supply), who called the Constitution flawed, who the media would overtly cheer lead for and cover up for and withhold news and videos (LA TIMES) and other information, and on and on and on and on....would be elected President of the United States, you would have called them a moonbat too.
Life is stranger than fiction. This guy is a fraud and there is NOTHING I would put past him or his cronies.
Release the Vault Birth Certificate, release his school records, release his passport information, release his medical papers, release his selective service records, etc.

It is not W’s job to vette candidates from either side or party. Heck, the guy on the NJ ballot for POTUS from the Socialist party openly admitted he wasn’t qualified and no FEC. POTUS, or RNC, or DNC raised a finger to boot him.

I personally want to know who does have “standing”. I personally want to know if just “anyone” can run for President. I personally want to know “who” is upholding our Constitution in regards to Presidential candidates. I personally want to know “how” anyone can run for the highest office in our Country and not be subject to the same laws that are required of us mere plebes when we go to get a new drivers license......

Keyes may be a gadfly, but which adults are you referring to? The ones that turned CA’s economy into a basket case, or the ones who force fed America the most ridiculous socialist bailout in history, or the ones who refuse to enforce our immigration laws, or the PC pantywaists in the GOP who wouldn’t call the marxist Obama out on his marxism, or the dems and GOPers that believe it is the governments job to ‘fix’ healthcare, worry about steroids in baseball, sue tobacco companies and gun manufacturers?

It's W's job to protect and defend the US from all enemies and that's one job he's done well. Too well to now say although the Patriot Act allows him to tap Americans phone calls it's over the line to use it to check a presidential candidates eligibility. See how this just doesn't make sense? Do you really believe an American president would just sit back and wait for the courts to determine a candidates eligibility in a post 911 world? What you describe is dereliction of duty that far surpasses the level required for impeachment.

Not that I’m a fan of either Powell or Rice, but haven’t they been denigrated and chastised for years as ‘not being Black enough’ to qualify as AA’s under Liberal-speak? I hate and loathe the duplicity and margenalizing of Blacks or other races based on the pigmentation and shading of their skin.
