THE BRIGHT SIDE...
I learned a good lesson from Carter. Being young and
stupid, I believed his “born again” status made him
the “right” choice. We’re still suffering the bruises caused
by our fall off the Carter cliff.
The bright side is that many of those who elected Barack
Obama are also young and stupid. If our Constitution can
endure him without mortal consequences, I predict an army
of “born again” conservatives who will have seen the light.
They will vote more responsibly and we could be done
with liberalism ... for a while.

Sarah Palin does NOT need to take Stevens’ Senate seat (Looks like Begich might do that anyway)
She should continue governing Alaska, win re-election in 2010 and then run for President in 2012.
