Yes, I am almost always a one person team, unless i have a co-defendant attorney with me on the case.

I have taken some seminars over the years, but after selecting well over 100 of them, it has become second nature.

The challenging part of analyzing a juror or witness is decifering the non-verbal body language.

So many people don’t realize what they are saying with their body language. I always try to take the CLE’s relating to juror selection because it is so interesting to me.

I would think the Board of Elections should have a county by county breakdown of the Obamanation. More interesting is to see the breakdown in Indiana. which still has lots of red on it.

Meanwhile in the welfare capital of America. That One made huge inroads inthe lakeshore counties, winning all but 1 or 2 counties between Toledo and ther Pa. border. 4 years ago Jon Carry only won Cuyahoga and Lake County. The rest of the lakeshore, including Lucas County{Toledo}was ours. For the most part, the rest of the state was the same as 4 years ago.
