Second Eligibility Related Action Weathers Procedural Roadblocks (Trouble for Obama, the Kenyan?)
America's Right ^ | 11/12/08 | Jeff Schreiber

After being denied, dismissed and otherwise turned back in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and the New Jersey Supreme Court, retired lawyer and professional poker player Leo Donofrio is taking the ultimate gamble and bringing his eligibility-related action before the United States Supreme Court. Donofrio, however, alleges that he has already been dealt a poor hand.

THE CASE

In his action filed against New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells, Donofrio contends that Wells has not fulfilled her duty as Secretary of State to independently verify the constitutional qualifications of the presidential candidates before placing them on the ballot in the Garden State. Specifically, Donofrio notes in the brief accompanying the Application for Emergency Stay filed with the U.S. Supreme Court, Wells was required by N.J.S.A. 19:13-22 to make a statement in which she certifies and signs off on the names of the candidates on the ballots. The statute, in relevant part with emphasis added:

The Secretary of State, not later than eighty-six days before any election whereat any candidates nominated in any direct petition or primary certificate of nomination or State convention certificate filed with him are to be voted for, shall make and certify, under his hand and seal of office, and forward to the clerks of the several counties of the State a statement of all such candidates for whom the voters within such county may be by law entitled to vote at such election.

No way- he said “international.” This is a domestic issue, even if he was born elsewhere. Biden was probably talking about Israel being abandoned.

Roger Calero ran for President on the Socialist Work Party column in several state. Donofrio’s filing mentions that as proof that the State ELEC’s didn’t vet the candidates and certified them fraudulently. Calero was foreign born and admits it.

Roger Calero actually gives Donofrio’s filing merit. I don’t know how it can be ignored.

Thanks.

Speaking of out of the mainstream candidates, I saw Cynthia McKinney in Hobby Airport Houston days before the election. She was alone and traveling incognito except she was wearing a Cynthia McKinney for president 2008 shirt. She looked like a clown as always. LOL!

Call me stupid or maybe the type in the image on the left is too small for me to read, but I can’t see a what you’re referring to. Can you elaborate, please?

That was two graphics. One was of the fuller page showing the column. The second was a zoom in on that listing/announcement. When the two original images were enlarged side to side, the fonts/type weren’t the same in the surrounding words outside that announcement. I clipped it to one graphic and circled the most blatant mismatch that could be seen without enlarging them. The poster was looking for the announcement and that is what I had handy.

I had actually never heard of McKinney before the Able Danger hearings. She was one of the only people that showed up and showed interest. She sounded like she asked some very good questions during the hearings. Since then, I’ve been disappointed and pretty embarrassed that I lent her any credit.

He columned with a Senator and Congressman in my county.

So I’ll assume he columned with others in other places too.

Doesn’t this affect all the National Candidate Votes for these States and Counties?

agreed
but until the msm picks up on this they can continue without repute. It is so wrong that the courts are failing like this without the pressure from the media

I’m not finding any public records on Roger Colero. I wonder if he is at least a legal citizen.

Would the DNC have to return all contributions to their supporters? Would they be banned from other elections? Will Howard Dean look good in orange?

The SCOTUS could put and end to all the speculation....Serious and non-serious.

“I find it interesting that two newbies are posting here and both are spinning the newspaper birth cert story and we should therefore move on.”

Yeah I noticed that. I don't know why people keeping bringing up other things as proof he is a citizen anyway. Meanwhile there is only one document we want to see and they keep avoiding it.
