I am going on the air tonight at 2:30 AM eastern time with my first broadcast of YoungGunConservative Radio. I do hope you will tune in. It will be one hour.

Heck I've workeed in radio for over 25 eyars and I still get butterflys. It's no biggie, you'll get over it, just be yourself and don't try too hard.

I'm at work so I can't listen the full hour. You're making good points about bringing young blood into the mix. Also doing good on the executive orders and Guntanamo detainees.

I don't know if you're using an hour clock or map but it helps. Hey I just heard the train! That was COOL!

Another thing I'd do is set up limited talk sets. For example talk on a subject for say 5 minutes, then use a sound byte or prerecorded segemnt for a couple of minutes while you prep for the next live set.

Keep at it, your doing fine.

I'd call in if I could but like I said I'm at work putting morning news together so I gotta run.

I liked the train sounds! A piece of America almost lost. When he gets rolling he'll be able to use that to his advantage.

BTW now that he's rolling he's sounding good, especially for his first time.

Handling calls well.

He hasn't had opposing callers yet, and that's one of the reasons I don't do talk radio. I tend to be confrontational and more often than not do the "Get off my phone you dope!" thing.
