In response to your ever increasing intrusions into every aspect of our lives and your constant bullying and belittling of our values and convictions, we continue to step up our response. With each new unconstitutional measure that you attempt to stuff down our throats, despite
majority opposition, our ranks grow and we become more determined.
So where do you expect this to end?
Do you honestly believe that by becoming more and more overbearing and by unleashing your union and community organizing buddies to try to intimidate us that you can make us all go away? Do you think we're that shallow?
Do you suppose that you can use your pawns in the fringe media to marginalize us? Do you really think that our friends and neighbors will accept the description of the New York Times over their own knowledge of our principles and values?
Do you honestly believe that you will win?
Let me give you my answer to these questions, then you can have some time to think about your own.
We will not be silenced. We will not be intimidated. We will not be cowed by lies about our motives or our character. We are not posturing or performing for the cameras - we are fighting for the survival of all that we hold dear. For us, losing is not an option.
Unlike our forefathers, the brilliant patriots who founded this country and crafted the finest Constitution ever known, we have nowhere else to go. There is no frontier left to conquer, no speck of unclaimed land upon which we may begin again, however difficult it may be. There is no country which even remotely compares to this, no system of government which we find palatable except for our own. We built this country with our brains and brawn, we
are this country. We have been bred in freedom for too many generations to give it up while we still draw breath. If we lose our liberty, our children's futures, we lose our very reason for existence. Fiercely independent and personally responsible, we would rather perish than condemn ourselves and those we love to lives of oppression.
You seem to think that you can wear us down, that there is some magic number of affronts to our liberty that will force us to throw in the towel. Rest assured there is not. We will resist tyranny
forever. There is no amount of fascism or socialism that we consider acceptable - the more you try to force upon us, the more determined we become to throw off that which has been previously accepted.
You say that we are a tiny minority, that our views do not represent the mainstream. What do you know of the mainstream? As you sit in your ivory towers, surrounded by greedy minions who affirm your every pronouncement in hopes of being tossed a crumb, what do you know of real America? As you play your games with our tax dollars, attempting always to amass more power to feed your insatiable egos, what do you know of the travails of the average man?
The outcome of a contest can often be predicted in advance if the goals and motives of the combatants are understood. We are fighting for our very lives - you cannot trump that cause.
We will work tirelessly to see those of you who have forgotten that you are
public servants removed from office. For us, there is no option. You, on the other hand, have a choice to make. Will you fulfill your oaths to protect and defend the Constitution which we hold dear, or will you continue to advance your agenda of unsustainable government control and expansion? Will you honestly attempt to serve the best interests of the majority of the people, or will you persist in your attempts to suffocate the very life and spirit from the productive masses? Will you place principle ahead of party, or promote corruption and cronyism? Your answer will determine your fate. Choose wisely.
You see, we cannot accept your chosen course. We cannot succumb to your vision for a transformed nation. We seek only to live our lives in peace and freedom, never to incite violence. But like the founders, we will risk it all to preserve our vision of freedom. Like Patrick Henry, the choice for us is clear. If we can have no liberty, we would prefer death.

Bank of America has been caving in to left-wing special interests for years.
The financial giant teamed up with the open-borders lobby to offer illegal alien home loans.
It forked over payoffs to self-declared bank terrorist outfit NACA (the taxpayer-subsidized Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America).
BoA also capitulated to a Jesse Jackson shakedown.
And then, after receiving a middle-of-the-night taxpayer-funded bailout, it forked over $2 million to the ACORN Housing Corporation — which has had a long history of fraud and abuse that goes back years and years before the sting videos ever came in to being.
As a result of the recent scandals, Bank of America has now “suspended current commitments” with ACORN:13 Comments

ACORN may have helped Al Franken
steal the US senate seat from Minnesota.
The Minnesot Star-Tribune reported:
But ACORN does have a special place in its heart for at least one prominent Minnesota politician. Last year, it showered praise on Al Franken, endorsing his run for the U.S. Senate. Franken returned the esteem: "I'm thrilled and honored to receive this endorsement," he gushed in a press release. He added that he was "more motivated than ever to work with ACORN."
...ACORN's registration drives "routinely produce fraudulent registrations," according to a staff report released in July 2009 by the ranking Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. The report describes ACORN as "a criminal conspiracy" and details violations ranging from unpaid taxes to a million-dollar embezzlement and cover-up. "To date," the report says, "nearly 70 ACORN employees have been convicted in 12 states for voter-registration fraud."
The latest such scandal broke a few weeks ago, when authorities in Florida accused 11 ACORN workers of falsifying information on 888 voter-registration forms.
In May 2009, Nevada's attorney general charged ACORN and two employees with 39 felonies. Authorities raided ACORN offices after complaints about numerous forms with false addresses and names -- including the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys. Forty-eight percent of forms turned in were "clearly fraudulent," according to a Las Vegas election official. ACORN recruited felons living in transitional housing in Las Vegas to act as canvassers and promised illegal bonuses if they signed up more than 20 new voters a day.
ACORN's practices can make fraud difficult to detect. For example, "at election offices around the country, ACORN workers are famous for waiting until registration deadline to dump thousands of new documents on overworked clerks -- making it harder for them to fully vet the registration forms," according to the New York Post.
As a result, fraud often only comes to light by chance. Fraud "has been discovered by cursory checks or by accident," John Samples, an election expert at the Cato Institute, told the Post. "There's a lot more out there to be discovered."
Here in Minnesota, ACORN has boasted of playing a major role in the 2008 elections. It claims to have registered 43,000 new voters, which it describes as 75 percent of the state's new registrations. Franken's margin of victory in the Senate race was razor-thin: 312 votes out of about 3 million cast. And Minnesota's laws on proof of voter eligibility are notoriously loose. Did ACORN folks pull some fast ones to help get their favorite son Franken elected -- a win that handed Democrats the 60-vote, veto-proof majority that they needed to enact their liberal agenda?
Secretary of State Mark Ritchie assures us that Minnesota's system of voter verification protects electoral integrity.
But here's an uncomfortable fact: Ritchie himself was endorsed by the now-notorious ACORN and elected with its help.
