A fairly impressive internet industry has sprung up claiming that Obama was born in either Kenya or Indonesia. This is nonsense which distracts from the broadly unexplored story of Obama’s upbringing. This kind of nonsense has emerged because the McCain campaign chose not to raise the many questions about Barack Obama’s numerous hard-left alliances. Barack Obama was born in Hawai`i, August 4, 1961 at Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu.
Obama’s birth certificate posted online is exactly the same birth certificate everybody in Hawai`i gets from the State Department of Health. It is not forged. There is nothing unusual about the design or the texture. In addition to the birth certificate, the August 13, 1961 Honolulu Advertiser also carries an announcement of Obama’s birth. The Honolulu Star-Bulletin also carries the same announcement. Both papers require submission of a copy of the birth certificate to print a birth announcement.
By refusing media requests for a look at the actual paper birth certificate, Obama’s campaign gave sly backhanded assistance to the forgery hype.

If he actually was born in Hawaii and still won’t show his birth certificate, that also says something about his character and the way he feels about our laws and Constitution.
If Obama won’t come clean; I really hope there is one group that will do the right thing and declare him ineligible.
No, it is the same certification of live birth that everyone recieves when they request a copy. It is a summary of the actual vault birth certificate. People can also request the vault certificate. For example the Homeland Department of Hawaii will not accept the certification of live birth. They require the certificate of live birth - the vault copy.
It is not the original, even if it is legit it is just a printing of a computer record. I want to see the original with the attending doctor's signature. I have a certified copy of my original at it even has the date of my parents' syphilis tests before my birth. I guess they were needed back then, but I don't know why.

BS. If its so cut and dried why doesn’t Obama just release the original certified PAPER copy instead of spending thousands of dollars delaying and stonewalling the courts? This could have been settled months ago if he had done so.
OK...prove it.Prove those who doubt this to be fools.Open his birth records (and *only* his..we don't wish to "compromise the privacy" of anyone else) to NBC,ABC,CBS,the NY Slimes,the NY Post,the LA Times,NPR,Fox News and Pacifica Radio.Allow a representative of each of these entities to have an official copy of this record to take back to their offices.Once that happens....POOF...we're proven to be fools.It's hard to exaggerate the political benefit that would come to Osama and the RAT Party and the damage that would come to The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy if this were to occur.

In addition, there’s the little issue of his Indonesian adoption by Lolo Soetoro. Nice try though trying to sweep this under the rug. If all this was true, Obama could have easily gotten a copy of his vault certificate. He needs to provide concrete proof.

Speaking of the islands, I have a feeling the revved-up folks in Chicago are going to be very disappointed when Obama changes his out-of-Washington residence to Hawaii. He’s done with community organizing, he’s done with being the (100-plus day) senator from Illinois, why would he stay there when he can relax in the tropical sun?
I don't think anyone claimed that it was a photoreproduction of the original BC. It was always held up to be a recent computer printed birth record. It even has a 2007 (I think) date stamped on the back which bled through to the front.

And the MSM is complicit in the controversy by not demanding a full release of the document in question. Coupled with that is Obama's demand that not a single interview was allowed with his grandmother during the campaign (while she was alive). I would posit that never in the history of the United States has a Presidential candidate been unwilling to provide a document as basic as a birth certificate. Yes, there is suspicion, and good reason for it.
It doesn’t matter if he was born in Kenya or not. He was born to an American citizen, and that makes him a natural-born citizen...
The democrats have spent what must be millions fighting these cases. People better ask themselves why they’ve been so astute about avoiding talking about it. They also better ask themselves if they’re really comfortable simply taking the democrats word for it.
I disagree about the Lingle comment. First, we don’t know if she’s actually seen it. Second, if she did and leaked information, then she’s opening herself up to criminal charges I believe.
I want the BC revealed, but within the law.
I will enjoy the fallout when it comes.
SCOTUS did say he had to respond to Phil Berg’s filing by December 1st.
