I think that is a wonderful idea! I don’t think I can stand
not to see them at all! We’ll all have to find new pics...or re-post some of our favorites from the past 8 years! Thank you for suggesting that!

I have a difficult time with this transfer of power.
President Bush and Laura have been a pleasure to watch in the White House. Always so aware of history and honor to the USA and to the Office of the President.
God Bless the United States of America.

I know President Bush has made mistakes but I’ve always stood behind him. I think he’s a good and decent man. Mrs. Bush has always been so classy. And now look what the cat dragged in.

And now look what the cat dragged in.

I have taken my TV out of storage and hooked it up to watch every one of President Bush's speeches. Now I think it will remain in storage from now on.

President Bush has been an outstanding President. If you believe all the Kos Kids stuff you will think he made mistakes. I believe the President made the right decisions at the time after September 11,2001. To me that was the most important decision ever made.

I do believe that history will judge him a lot kinder. At least I hope so. He has done an awesome job, defending us from evil and keeping us safe here at home. Considering what the man had to contend with, I say Great Job Mr. President and THANK YOU. In fact I think I will be sending a personal handwritten note to him telling him just that.

Yes, he did. Consider the other ways he could have gone at the time and what we knew then and what we did not know and what the American people would have supported him in doing.

Here's the video of Pres. Bush's South Lawn speech today, a farewell to his administration ... sniff. Never fails .. he tears up, I cry.

God bless him and lovely Laura dearly. He'll never imagine how much he'll be missed .... especially after the 4th. How much pride, happiness and gratitude in all his White House yesterdays .. how deep the sorrow at his leaving and what's to come for us.
