THANK YOU DEAR SNUGS/ELEANOR!
Kinda hate to see these winding down pics...No kinda about it...But I am saving bunches now. The Bush Admin Oasis Years will soon give way to a drought, after He & Laura go!!))))
Thanx for the ping.
These pictures are making me cry.
This country is sure going to miss this man’s strength.
What we’re going to get now, well, I guess we’ll see.
Thanks for the dose.
Ditto!!!
Thank you for the Dose, Snugs ... powerful photos :-/
Barney knows the ‘enemedia’ when he sees them & how to deal with them!
I heard a rumor that the puppy Obama promised his kids might be a Jack Russell Terrier. How appropriate, since they’re also known as Jack Russell ‘Terrorists’ & Obama seems to have a penchant for terrorist pals. If you’ve ever owned a Russell (I have - terrific, high energy little dog) or been around them, ‘Terrorist’ is appropriate ..... I know who will be ‘running’ the White House & it won’t be Michelle!!!
Pssssst . . . . dools
not now . . . not here
we love this President
go away
I agree. I believe the Dose should be continued, in some sort of fashion. I rarely post but I view it regularly.
My heart is grieved for President Bush and for our country as a whole, based on the election outcome. Truly grieved.
I’m curious about the Freedom Institute possibility. Can you share more on that?
I’m going to miss President Bush and Vice President Cheney so much. It’s so sad how underappreciated they are.
I, for one, have slept well under W's watch for the past 8 years. This will end in January.
Thank you so much (and all the others) for hosting this site so faithfully.
We will miss it. We will miss him.
“He was a man, take him for all in all,
I shall not look upon his like again.”
Say what you will about President George W. Bush, but I don't recall him ever mocking an elderly widow in his pronouncements. But Barack Obama couldn't get through his first press conference as president-elect without doing just that.
While the arrogant man-child who will be our next president continues to prove just how unqualified he is for that job, President Bush was quietly tending to the nations business.
Today he released a statement on the economy and the job report.
I understand that Americans remain deeply concerned about the challenges facing our economy, but our economy has overcome great challenges before, and we can be confident that it will do so again.
President Bush is also ensuring that Barry Soetero (or whatever that punks name really is) will receive a more orderly and hospitable welcome to the White House than the Clintons left for him back in January 2001.
Hell meet with that one and his wife Monday at the White House.
.
There are no new photos of the President tonight. Feel free to post your favorites.
Hope you all have a great weekend. God bless you.
Jonny
(((Jonny))))
Have a nice, computer-free weekend, friend. :-)
Makes yah realize that there must be such a goodness thread in both of them, that it makes those that are evil act so badly.
