McCain tried to make 0bama’s soft on crime record an issue but like with so many others, it never caught on. I suspect 0bama could have said on every network “I will be soft on criminals!” and he still would have gotten 50% of the vote. People just didn’t want to accept any news they didn’t like.

So now we will find out. When crime goes up and the federal government does makes the situation worse, people will ask what’s wrong with the system. But the people who voted for 0 can only blame themselves.
