Just like there are federal statutes establishing certain corrupt behavior on the part of state officials as federal crimes, there is a dire need for a federal anti-voting fraud statute that would federally criminalize behavior by state officials that aids and abets voting fraud in federal elections. The criminal statute should specifically include activities (or willful neglect of duties) such as what the Ohio Secretary of State was engaged in.
If these state bureaucrats knew they might very well be arrested and sent away for a while, they would take more care see to it that the electoral process was cleaned up.
Yes, I know that practically speaking the incoming Congress would never pass such a bill, but the GOP minority should propose bills like this and call the attention of the American public to this horrendous problem.
Oh god no. I just believe that the only way that we can get things where we want them is to work with the system. Going head on against them only puts us in the “hard right wing” that they will not listen to at all.
It is best to work with them, make f4riends, then sand bag them when we can. Other than that they will fight us tooth and nail.
Yeah, right....worked really well, didn’t it? Then why be so dismayed with all the Republican leadership, the ones who went along with Pelosi, Reid, Kennedy—why, the guy we voted for, McCain our shining star of conservatism, was famous for bipartisanship. How did that happen? Because the more you work with the system, playing by their rules, the more you give in and in the end you are enmeshed in their system. I first voted in 1960.
How do you “make friends” with people who want to take away your Constitutional rights—and/or to kill babies?
thanks LucyT. I know — let’s take his ass to court. But seriously, this is finished.

Exactly! There has been massive voter fraud!
Investigations need to be done, and people need to be charged.
Bump!
I think that emphasizes how much they don’t look alike. Ears, eyes, chin, forehead, mouth, nose, head width, head length are all different. Plus, the cleft is a dominant feature that was 50-50 to have been passed down to X’s offspring.
Jindal or Michael Steele.
With either one, we’ve neutralized Obama’s and his LSM press secretaries’ number one weapon.
The Race card.
agreed
we do nothing about his illegal money and his ACORN fraud votes then we will only face massice fraud and illgal money in 4 years
stop it now and play on a level playing field
If Al Gore can invent the internet, then someone can create a fraud proof voting system, especially in Presidential elections.
Missouri and Kentucky share a border with Illinois and he didn’t carry those states.
True. But didn't Osama come within a few hundred votes of taking Missouri? And to me,Indiana might be a particularly important prize for Osama because so much of the state is really just a suburb of Chicago.
“you?”
See post 341. The “group” you, IE the USA, not the individual.
you may be right. But how many times have you been dismissed as a right wing nut job? I know I have been plenty of times.
I think the only way to get around this is to agree with issues that don’t matter, even praise them if necessary. But then hold onto the issues that do such as gun control, this socialist work program they want for the youth, drilling for oil here, etc.
well making friends is not exactly what i want, BUT THEY DON’T have to know that.
