Wouldn’t it amazing if the military votes gave McCain the electoral votes?
The numbers at the official Indiana website with election results do show McCain ahead by the margin in the post. So, if the vote is complete, Indiana stays red.
Is everyone else in on some big cosmic joke but me???
The media was in the pocket of the “false messiah” the whole election.
They did not report anything negative about obama.
Now they ignore the obvious fraud and call states when votes have not been counted.
I understand most MSM is liberal, but every last journalist??
Come on, it doesn't make any sense.
I also feel like McCain was in on it.
I'm sure they are getting a big laugh at the expense of us.
I mean we actually believed this was going to be an honest election. Ha Ha.
And now some of us are just buying into the lies.
They are hiding something big here. Just like they did for the past year.
I feel like I am in the Twighlight Zone.
And NO, I won't take off my tin foil hat this time. Something stinks.
The counties in Ohio have until the 25th to report their official results.
It's funny, I met some Barr voters when I was canvassing a precinct in a "swing state" last weekend.
These folks were VERY eccentric. To put it politely.
Not that being eccentric is necessarily bad. But I was joking to my partner that I could tell I'd got a Barr voter when some crazy-eyed nut came to answer the door.
“As a resident of Indiana, it matters to me. At least, me and my fellow Hoosiers don’t have to share in the shame of being a blue state.”
I would tend to agree. The local pravda here, the KC star is lamenting the fact that Missouri has somehow lost its “bellweather” status since they went with McCain. I, for one, am proud of that fact. Would rather have my state lose that status than to know they went for he who shall not be named.
Other precincts either simply don't have enough paper ballots on hand or are giving voters provisional ballots instead. One New Jersey precinct that experienced problems with machines had already run out of paper ballots by 9am and was handing out photocopied ballots to voters. Nearly all New Jersey counties use push-button electronic voting machines made by Sequoia Voting Systems.
Provisional ballots are conditional ballots that have to undergo a verification process to determine that the voter is eligible to vote before the ballot is counted. Voters who were already determined to be eligible to vote before the election who are given provisional ballots would then be subject to an extra verification process to which voters who get to vote on machines aren't subjected.
Maybe not just in NJ. Look at the Florida numbers....look how many provisional ones haven't been counted yet!
point taken.
I think it all matters until the Electoral College meets in December to validate the results.
Can a concession be retracted?
And you should understand that there were/are PUMAs. And you should also understand that for some democrats, the party has left them, just like it did for Regan.
You might want try asking Phoenix a few questions. I did on another thread and basically got the above answers.
No kidding.
I heard from someone in the office today Ohio was to be recounted due to voter fraud. Does anyone know what the final vote count was there. Also isn’t there a lawsuit filed in one of these states for claiming the military vote was counted because it came in late?
We have seen some stuff here on FR over the years haven't we?
The PUMA phenomenon is based on a negative, that's neither useful nor powerful. If those folks are attracted to conservative values that's fine but just voting against someone is inadequate. Your PUMA friend should choose Fred over Hillary. We don't need to dilute our core conservative values any further leftward, we need to do the opposite.
Doesn’t need to be retracted. The final vote count is all that matters.

Thanks for posting this. All of the web pages are subject to further changes, but the Indiana Secretary of State web page appears to be the most authoritative, and the most up to date.
The Wikipedia, AP, and CNN web pages are clearly showing projections, not actual results. (Just read them. Some people can still read, right?)
The Indiana SOS page appears to be the latest real vote tally, but the results are not “official” until the votes are certified. The SOS pages describe that process in detail.
At the moment,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._presidential_election,_2008
says Obama got 364 electoral votes, McCain 162.
http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/files/specials/election_night_2008/election_map_premium/index.html?SITE=NCSHE
has the same electoral vote totals.
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/results/president/
has 349 electoral votes for Obama, 163 for McCain.
All 3 (CNN, AP, Wikipedia) show Indiana (11 electoral votes) for Obama.
The apparent change for Indiana won’t affect the outcome of the election, but it is good to set the record straight.
And it is interesting that 2 days after the election, the lamestream press can’t bother to gather up easily accessible facts and report them accurately.
Hi WVNan!! How are you doin’ neighbor!! I’m in Floyd County.
Yes - you are correct - we sure have seen lots going on here on FR over the years....for the last few years, I mostly just lurked. However, with this election cycle - I’ve become reinvigorated and I plan on becoming much more active again!!
Thanks for stopping by to say hello...and hope to hear from you again soon!!
What ever came of Rush’s Operation Chaos thing
