The Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread - November 6, 2008
EIB Network ^ | November 6, 2008 | Rush Limbaugh

Posted on 11/06/2008 8:45:16 AM PST by IMissPresidentReagan

AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

We love to hear Rush Limbaugh,
Excellence in Broadcasting.
From sea to shining sea,
Millions and millions listen.
Conservative voice of freedom,
Heard throughout all America.
A message pure and truthful,
The downhearted are encouraged.
Integrity and honesty his motto.
We love you, Rush.
Listen to Rush Limbaugh.
G-d Bless you, Rush Limbaugh.

Michigan just elected two black Republicans to the State House of Representatives

That is good news. Maybe Michiganders are getting tired of having Democrats run their state's economy and schools into the ground.

I guess they have selected McCain to be their representative to the Republicans in the Senate. Funny, how McCain was nothing but a Bush buttboy according to Obama and the democrats but suddenly, now that they want to use him is being recognized again as the only republican in the senate that the democrats can rely on. If anyone is left in the party leadership that was placed there by McCain is not dismissed, conservatives should give the party an ultimatum demanding their dismissal.

CNN picked mccain for us for that reason.
The primary was about vote splitting.
Huckbee was paid to stay and split votes.

If Palin had been in the primary...

You have to know the backstabbers are backstabbing. If Sarah is the dimwit they are painting, then they are absolutely trashing the judgement of McCain and those who vetted Sarah.

“We need to add Econ101”

I have been saying this ‘til I am blue in the face. When I suggested on this very thread a few weeks ago that people should have to read Thomas Sowell I was described as an elitist.

Knowing the first darn thing about economics even around here is just unacceptable. Go to any of the oil threads or the bail out threads. I would not join a Conservative party full of stinking populists. To me they are worse than liberals.

That's putting it mildly. Barry's gonna make Carter look like a piker in that department :(

No Fox News for me since about 11:10 PM on Tuesday when they conragulated Hitler on the efficiency of his death camps—whoops I mean BHO on a well-run campaign. I would get rid of satellite all together and spend the money on beans and rice. But I know hubby wouldn’t go for it.

After hearing Rush play Carls report I can say now “I am done with FOX”. They will join MSNBC, and CNN as blocked channels. I don’t need TV news, and no longer want it. Goodbye FOX. Sorry Hannity.

I challenge all Freepers to join me. And send them a note telling them why. And don’t forget to send a note to the RNC. And the next time you get one of those donation request from them in the mail, send them back a picture of Palin.

From your link.

"We intend to constantly remind the base about these people, monitor who they are working for, and, when 2012 rolls around, see which candidates hire them. Naturally then, you'll see us go to war against those candidates."

I like it.

we tried their way - there is no bigger 'moderate' than mccain - it did not work - we need to give conservatives a shot next time (if we can find one)

We need to make the GOP aware of this. They have treated conservatives with disdain for so long in pursuit of moderates and look where it has gotten us. We had to fight against our own GOP regarding amnesty, for example.

I don’t THINK so. I SEEM to recall a time when he interviewed her and made a disclaimer of some kind that they aren’t related.

HOWEVER- he could have also said they’re related somehow! LOL! I don’t know:)
