The McCain Campaign’s Classless Cowards (already attempting to blame Sarah for their loss!!!)
MichelleMalkin.com ^ | 11/05/08 | Michelle Malkin

The anonymous trashing of Sarah Palin by blabbermouth McCain aides who are leaking to Fox News is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.

Allah’s got the vid clip of a report citing unnamed McCain staffers accusing Palin of lacking, in Carl Cameron’s words, “knowledgeability.”

At least all the Hollywood and Manhattan Palin-haters were willing to sign their names and put their faces on their attacks.

Let’s assume the rumor-mongers are telling the truth for a moment. Who does it damn more: Sarah Palin or McCain and his vetters who green-lighted her for the vice presidential nomination? Don’t need an Ivy League degree to figure that one out.

Sarah Palin worked her heart out. She energized tens of thousands to come out who would have otherwise stayed home. She touched countless families. I didn’t agree with everything she said on the campaign trail. But two fundamental conservative stands she took mattered greatly to me: She vigorously defended the Second Amendment and the sanctity of life more eloquently in practice than any of the educated conservative aristocracy.

And she did it all with a tirelessness and infectious optimism that defied the shameless, bottomless attempts by elites in both parties to bring her and her family down.

Shame on the smearers who don’t have the balls to show their faces.

Thank you, Sarah Palin. Thank you for stepping up the plate and serving your country.

***

More: Ace of Spades is %^&* spitting mad:

Here’s a story these staffers tell: Sent to collect Palin from a hotel, she greeted them, straight from the shower (running late, I guess ) dressed (scandal!) only in a bathrobe (presumably a very thick hotel bathrobe).

These staffers called that “uncommon” — Cameron delighted in the word to give it the sound of “whorish, unprofessional.”

Heh, assholes? She had to open the door and had just gotten out of the shower. Did you want her to use her magical powers of telekinesis to open the door for you?

So is RedState, which announces an accountability project.

The only President’s with non-law graduate degrees were Woodrow Wilson and George W. Bush. Doesn’t sound like a graduate degree has ever been considered very important. I don’t remember anyone praising President Bush because of his advanced level of education.

The only way Romney can get my support back in 2012 (I caucused for him this year) is if he goes to the microphone and calls out Kevin Madden and pals publicly.

It's not entirely the Republicans' fault.

THEN ELECTING A RADICAL MARXIST WITH DOZENS OF TIES TO TERRORISTS AND AMERICA HATERS IS INEVITABLE!!!

It's not entirely the Republicans' fault [...] When you let 12 million illegal immigrants into a sovereign country without requiring citizenship, and hint at later amnesty

*Ahem*. ;)

I said almost the exact same thing over on my blog, albeit with a lot more profanity. I’m furious at these McCainiacs who didn’t wait for the confetti to stop falling in Grant Park before plunging daggers into Sarah Palin’s back.

True enough, but few people in the US are indignant enough to do something drastic to get it changed. The Democrats are positively giddy about rapidly importing more and more Dem voters. We’re all too busy working and protecting our current situations (me included) to have a serious rebellion that gets the attention of congress.

I would take an entire GOP full of Palins and Jindals. People who believe in conservatism and live it every day. I’m sure Sarah knows Africa is a continent. Her church is heavily involved in missionary work and has missionaries in Africa. She knew Darfur was in Rwanda where as Slow Joe thought it was in Chad.

Whoever made this series of charges won’t give their name and is therefore suspect.

McCain is destined to be a backbencher forever now. No one will trust him to defend them in a pinch. Too bad to see a once-honorable man end his career this way.

Governor Palin should go back to school and get a Masters Degree in International Relations from a prestigious university while working on plans to run in 2012.

Well since McCain didn't know that Czechoslovakia no longer exists, perhaps he needs to go back and get his degree too.

Yes, we need to identify the cowards and "lepers". We also need to work on reclaiming the "Sarah Palin narrative" -- I think it's important to do so while she's still prominently in the public eye, so that the last impression most folks will get of her before the 2012 campaign heats up is a positive one.

In other words, exactly the opposite of what the RINOs and Romneybots are attempting to do right now.

Well, these traitors in the McCain camp are making it glaringly apparent WHY we lost. Let’s get their names and express our displeasure at their treasonous, leftist-like behavior.

They are trying to take Sarah out of the political picture/landscape for the future. It shows how much they fear her and her popularity. They should.

Governor Palin represents the Republican Party I support. These backstabbing anklebiters do not. They are pukes, lower than whaleshit at the bottom of the ocean. They’re the reason I support individual candidates within the R party, not the party itself.

LOL!

Most of the south votes R now regardless of who the candidate is. Texas and Oklahoma are always solid (OK went 63% for McCain, not a single blue county).

This talk of leaving the R party or not voting for them is all based on a rumor from one guy at Fox, and we all fall for it? C’mon. Realistically, a third party would only have a chance if the R party collapsed. That’s not going to happen.

I’m glad people are getting their frustrations off their chests, that’s great. But if this country has a future (who knows what Lord 0bama will do), it’s with the R party. It’s where the base of power is.

Building a viable third party that can win major offices is fantasyland. If you want that, joing the Libertarian party. It takes decades to build credibility and you have to start by winning offices at local and state levels. They have been around for decades and have never even done that.

This isn’t directed at you Dom, I just posted to the nearest comment.
