Psalm 99
1The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.
Let’s continue to pray without ceasing. Remain in faith through Him. Pray He leads us to the proper time and right place for Him to perform a good work as He has provided for us to perform through faith in Him, by His Will, not our independently of Him. Thank Him for all things, those in adversity and in His grace, but always through faith in Him.
Thanks for posting.
She might indeed be an Esther. Her advice might be sought when the fate of believers are in the balance and she might still be the one to save a remnant. Place faith in Him and let Him handle the situation.
BTW, spiritually and strategically, those who are enemies of the Cross are at their weakest point right now, bcause they have placed their faith in worldly systems, have gained a worldly success and will foolishly believe their success is due to their own efforts independent of God.
The victories that really matter all happen through faith in Christ and our Lord loves to use those with little to nothing at all to perform His Will.
Remain in faith in Him in all things so that we are at the right place and right time to perform the right thing through faith in Him and let Him handle the situation. Glorious things happen even in the face of inevitable adversity, through faith in Him.
Truthfully, I am just not at that point yet. I know I should be but I am not. I am bitter and angry. I know as a Christian I shouldn’t be. I am working on it, though.

I’m grieving and dealing with righteous anger concerning this election outcome. But I do know that none of this happened without our Holy God allowing it to come to pass, for His ultimate plan.
Our nation is forever changed and none for the better, I believe. Our Creator God remains on His throne, putting events into place - to draw us ever closer to Him and to orchestrate His determined path according to scripture.

I have lobbied him to do that for at least 8 years. He has always turned a deaf ear to such suggestions.
I don’t know if he will reconsider at this point, or not.
I still think we need multiple backup sites. At least a couple off shore.
They could still be taken offline in a flash but I expect that if they were well placed, it would be significantly later than would otherwise occur—and would afford millions some greatly needed encouragement and mutual support.
I also think folks in the same locality who are FREEPERS need to be safely exchanging contact info soonish.

No! Don’t say that Christians shouldn’t be angry! yes we should be! Something awful just happened. It angers God, it should anger us.
Bitter, no - because God is in control. So, that will have to eventually go, but you’re feeling exactly how you should feel right now.
I can not recommend everything that Mark Driscoll puts out. Some of it is very explicit in language, etc., But, I think you will draw some amount of comfort in what he has to say here. He is a preacher in Seattle who ministers to a younger crowd. Again, I can’t recommend it all - but he can be very good.

Even though we are not happy about who won, the American people used the American process and voted, and it’s still our country and we should still pray for it even if we don’t like who is in charge. God’s will be done.
CHRISTIANS IN CHINA HAVE DONE MARVELOUSLY AT TREADING THAT THIN LINE.
In the 1970’s there was a great little pocket book: THE JESUS FAMILY IN COMMUNIST CHINA or some such title.
In it there was a story of a chicken that walked into an illegal prayer group and laid an egg. The chicken happened to belong to the Communist Party Boss for that area. A rather stern and harsh fellow, he was, too. The group quickly tied payment for the egg to the chicken’s leg. The Party Boss was so touched by the act of Christian integrity that he became a believer and protected them for quite some time.
They have become artists at obeying where workable and practicable and Biblical and fiercely disobeying when that is the only Biblical thing to do—and joyfully suffering the consequences when that has befallen them.
Somehow, as irrational as it seems, I still believe that prophecy was of God.
There was another prophecy via a FREEPER . . . wherein God said . . . IT DEPENDS ON CHRISTIANS.
I thought we had it. I’ve never seen such prayer and fasting for an election. Evidently, it was insufficient compared to the sins of even believers.
I don’t have all the answers on such contradictions. I’m not, however, about to throw the baby out with the bath. Things are incredibly complex and we don’t have all the facts from God’s standpoint. He doesn’t always seem to operate with the linear logic we do.
