Truthfully, I am just not at that point yet. I know I should be but I am not. I am bitter and angry. I know as a Christian I shouldn’t be. I am working on it, though.
No! Don’t say that Christians shouldn’t be angry! yes we should be! Something awful just happened. It angers God, it should anger us.
Bitter, no - because God is in control. So, that will have to eventually go, but you’re feeling exactly how you should feel right now.
I can not recommend everything that Mark Driscoll puts out. Some of it is very explicit in language, etc., But, I think you will draw some amount of comfort in what he has to say here. He is a preacher in Seattle who ministers to a younger crowd. Again, I can’t recommend it all - but he can be very good.
