This is the strangest election I have ever seen, it is 9:15 and the popular vote is a virtual tie. MSM is calling states with no precints reporting. In the meantime they aren’t calling states that have several precincts reporting favorable results for McCain. I guess, I will wait til the 10 oclock news to see whats going on.

I’m really surprised that Murtha would be pulling ahead after those comments. We certainly need a miracle to put the far left in their place and that is out of politics.

ok now lets start building the FreeRepublic caucus INSIDE the Republican party. From inside we have access to the money and the votes and the real power to shape the party. THIS IS IF WE START NOW.

Not third party nonsense. We start as individuals going into the local republican club meetins and quietly and secret handshake society work to get real conservatives up.

Rove said something interesting, Obama ran as a middle centrist as cutting taxes candidate. IOW a DINO.

DINO trumps RINO.

Tomorrow, we awaken to a deeply divided country in which almost half of us chose someone else. The Democrats have reaped what they sowed. Obama is not going to unite it.

LMAO!

Sideshow Bob: I’ll be back. You can’t keep the Democrats out of the White House forever. And when they get in, I’m back on the streets, with all my criminal buddies!

Wait...maybe that wasn’t the best one...

I told my husband a few days ago that I relish the prospect of standing back & throwing rocks and calling the dems names upon every mistake they made. Immature? Yes, but it’ll be relief after having to be an adult for the past 8 years. Eff them.

If these projections hold up and Obama wins, and if the Obama WH proves to be as evil as many of us suspect it will be, then we will be SOL, and you know what that means.

However, at a certain point in the lives of all nations that fall like this one seems to be falling, that SOL gives way to another SOL - the Sons of Liberty.

Never, never, never, give up.

I have very few people I can talk to if Obazo wins. I feel like I don’t have anything in common with them anymore.

I live in Massachusetts. I said nothing and went about my business when Bush won in 2000 and 2004. Think the liberals will return the courtesy tomorrow? I feel that I am surrounded by pod people...some of them were friends until Bush derangement caused me to halt that at professional acquaintance.

The Left began this long march decades ago, infiltrating education, government, and lately the church. No matter what, they never got off point. The Right was naive in thinking we were just dealing with the other political party, when it was much more. We professed bemusement at their tactics, while deeming ourselves to be above such chicanery and immaturity. Now, too late, we’re learning that they weren’t playing, they meant it when they said in the Sixties that they hate America.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Mr. Obama’s petition challengers reported to him nightly on their progress as they disqualified his opponents’ signatures on various technical grounds — all legitimate from the perspective of law. One local newspaper, Chicago Weekend, reported that “[s]ome of the problems include printing registered voters name [sic] instead of writing, a female voter got married after she registered to vote and signed her maiden name, registered voters signed the petitions but don’t live in the 13th district.”

One of the candidates would speculate that his signature-gatherers, working at a per-signature pay rate, may have cheated him by signing many of the petitions themselves, making them easy to disqualify.

In the end, Mr. Obama disqualified all four opponents — including the incumbent state senator, Alice Palmer, and three minor candidates.

How 0bama Won.

Well, I heard that Al Franken is winning the senate race.

I’m just going to sit back the next four years and when people start complaining about how bad it’s gonna get, I’m just gonna say “I told you so”
