Chuck the Schmuck Schumer (Communist-NY) on FNC (Fairness Doctrine)
Posted on 11/04/2008 7:44:40 AM PST by frankiep
Sorry for the vanity, I know that this site will be extremely busy today. However the detestable senator from NY, Charles Schumer, was on Fox just a few moments ago and was asked if he supported the so called 'Fairness' Doctrine. He answered by comparing conservative viewpoints on the radio to pornography and said that we wouldn't allow pornographic content on the airwaves either.
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE UP AGAINST PEOPLE. THE HORRID FASCISTS MUST BE DEFEATED!!!

The resemblance is remarkable. Frightening and angering at the same time.

Of all the issues, this is the one that pixxes me off the most. 20 million Rush listeners are going to be revved up for action. Actually, if "fairness" is what the democrats seek, then perhaps it's the republicans who stand to gain. That is of course, if the want to be "really fair".
... regarding the "fairness doctrine", I would be all for it it the actual intention of it was to have equal voices in all the media, including all TV channels, all radio programs, all newspapers and magazines, all internet political sites and weblogs, all universities and colleges, all hiring for teachers and professors.
Even better, how about fairness in representation, with 50% for both democrats and republicans in both chambers of congress. And, to top it all off, how about co-presidents, with one democrat and one republican sharing the presidency?
If "fairness" is the goal, then fairness should apply equally amongst the political parties, at least for the 2 major parties.
So, if fairness is truly what democrats seek, republicans will stand to make some huge gains in the media and other places.

Chuck Schumer is one of the reasons why I have 5,000 rounds of ammunition in my closet. Thanks for reminding me.
I was in my local gun shop last week and they told me that the weekend before Halloween they sold over 700 guns in a three day span. A record for them.

Schumer just did a “in your face” moment.
If Obamachev wins, people have voted away their basic freedoms for the promise of a welfare check.

More on the Black Panthers in PA
Posted by: Amanda Carpenter at 12:24 PM
Two Black Panthers were allegedly blocking persons from entering a Philadelphia polling station and one of them was using a nightstick to intimidate potential voters according to one eye witness.
” I walked up to the door, two gentlemen in Black Panther guard, one brandishing a nightstick, standing in front of the door,” an unnamed bystander told Fox News this morning for an on-air report. “They closed ranks as I walked up. I am a veteran, that does not scare me. I went inside and found [indiscernible] watchers, they said they had been here for an hour — I went inside and found poll-watchers, they said that they had said not to let people outside because black people are going to win no matter what. At that point, I spoke to him, we would not get into a fistfight, I said, and I called the police.”
