FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Vice presidential Candidate filing lawsuit against Obama

Contact: Steve Marquis Telephone Number: 425-698-7084 Email Address: peoplesvoice@peoplespassions.org Web site address: http://peoplespassions.org

Wiley S. Drake, Sr. wileydrake@hotmail.com

Vice presidential Candidate Wiley S. Drake Sr. to file in court asking to de-certify Barack Obama because he has refused to release proof of being a Natural Born Citizen, thereby disqualifying Obama in his bid for the Office of President.

The recent Lawsuit in Washington State demanding their Secretary of State to vet the citizenship credentials of Barack Obama has spawned a slew of similar suits with new lawsuits filed and/or prepared in WA, FL, NC, CO, CA, OH, FL, CT, GA, TX, MI. Related lawsuits HI, US District.

As part of this effort, this group of citizens from states across the union made an outreach to the whole presidential slate asking each candidate for president and vice president to offer up a certified copy of their birth certificates and any related candidate declarations to be placed in a library made available to the public via a non-partisan web site.

At least one VP candidate Wiley S. Drake Sr. went the next step and agreed to file a lawsuit of his own to demand the disqualification of Barack Obama unless he can prove status as a ”Natural Born Citizen” as the constitution and federal statues demand and define.

In another unrelated action, though also aimed at forcing Obama to release proof or step down, 24 potential Electoral College electors are filing action Monday morning in court also demanding proof. A call is herein being issued to any elector in any state, especially democrat electors who would like to join that effort. Electors interested in adding their name to this lawsuit can contact Mr. Marquis who will put you in contact with the attorney handling that case.

Why is it you think being concerned about rioting is displaying cowardice, Blue?

Also, Do you not think it's possible to have abundant faith and yet not be apprehensive about the result of evil in this world?

I find either win a destruction for America. Sounds like the major parties have issues.

I'm doing a write in.

You promoting the scare tactic montra of a vote for anyone outside of the major parties is a vote for the opposition is promoting scare tactic marketing. As long as everyone falls in line to endorse the unqualified candidates, the parties will never get cleaned up and they will continue to prompt up unqualified candidates.

Only way to break the cycle is by not promoting them or endorsing their unvetted, unqualified candidates.

Can you imagine the rioting across the country if they were to disqualify Obama? It would be a blood bath. It’ll never happen for that very reason.

So the Odinga Paradigm trumps the Constitution?

Not in my book. Not in my country.

That may not be the case.  Biden would be elected VP but Zero’s votes do not go to him.  They could well be invalid with McCain having the majority of the qualified votes. There are no Party rights here so we could see President McCain, VP Biden. We are in uncharted waters which may become very rough on Jan. 3.

If that is how you want to refer to your Glee Club singing McCain, sure. Maybe he lost them in a Bridge match to Orson Swindle.

McCain was not my favorite and I have no real beef with the guy but we are beyond what will make me happy now. He is the only thing left standing against a stone Commie. So patriots (which is all I will claim to be) have no choice but to support him.

I have a son who serves under the sea and the idea that Zero could be his commander in chief fills me with fear.

Fear is one of the BEST reasons for voting and always has been as any one familiar with American political history can tell you.

Then entrust your son to Sashquach. Good luck with that.

We're a military family as well, and the very thought as Obama as CIC scares me spit less. I despise McCain, but I believe that we will be safe from terrorist attacks on his watch.

1. Apparently you couldn't see the irony in my original comment. Too bad.

2. Just what exactly do you have such abundant faith in that permits such fear?

Certainly didn’t sense any irony. Interestingly, the apprehension (note I didn’t use the word “fear”), has increased the prayers and rekindled the faith of many.

Ah but let’s not quibble over words.

From dictionary.com:

apprehension:

—Synonyms 1. alarm, worry, uneasiness; suspicion. Apprehension, anxiety, misgiving imply an unsettled and uneasy state of mind. Apprehension is an active state of fear, usually of some danger or misfortune: apprehension before opening a telegram. Anxiety is a somewhat prolonged state of apprehensive worry: anxiety because of a reduced income. Misgiving implies a dubious uncertainty or suspicion, as well as uneasiness: to have misgivings about the investment. 5. capture.

None of you really < read > what I said before you replied. Here is an excerpt of my post. Please read it again.

Even if it goes to the USSC. Can you imagine the rioting across the country if "they" were to disqualify Obama? It would be a blood bath. It’ll never happen for that very reason.

I am NOT "they", it is the USSC. "They" are the only ones who can disquality Obama. IF "they" did, there would be rioting across the US. That is why I said it will never happen. Do you honestly think the court would take a chance like that? I don't. I wish I were wrong. I'd rather deal with rioters than an Obama Presidency. I'm armed to handle any rioters who come down my road, but since I live out in the country, I don't think I'll be seeing any rioters.

I will do anything within my power to stop him from becoming President, or from remaining President, because I know he will destroy America. Too many family members of mine died to keep America free, than to sit back and let them have died in vain.

BlueYonder, I am no more a coward than you are an idiot. We are on the same side!

I guess you can write anyone in. The question is whether the vote would be counted. My understanding is that in some states write in votes won’t count unless the candidate/party that is being “written in” has complied with local laws pertaining to elections. So, even if someone got a majority of the votes via a write in campaign they wouldn’t win the election if their state had certain pre-requisites to validate a write in campaign that the candidate didn’t meet.

You must not think we are a nation of laws when we’re being Ci-cago-ized.
***We were a nation of laws, but I see that rapidly changing. Mostly I think the lawlessness has come in during the democratic administrations, like Clinton’s.

Well, they’re potential electors; so maybe they have potential standing. That means their bribe has to match Obama’s for the judge to listen to them.

Will our Supreme Court enforce the Constitutional requirements for the Presidency? Better yet, will Obama’s legitimate birth certificate ever get released?
***Stay tuned. Same bat time, same bat channel.
