Do you honestly think the court would take a chance like that? I don't. I wish I were wrong. I'd rather deal with rioters than an Obama Presidency. I'm armed to handle any rioters who come down my road, but since I live out in the country, I don't think I'll be seeing any rioters.

Add to that, a unit of the US military based in the US for the purpose of handling domestic insurrection among other things, and I'd say the ruling could yet happen if 'The One' does not manage to lose the election.
