OBAMA: THE ILLEGAL ALIEN
I have become 100% convinced, to a moral certainty, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Barack Obama is not only not a "natural born citizen" as required by the U.S. Constitution to be president, but that he was not even born in the USA, not born in Hawaii, probably in Kenya, never naturalized. If he is elected, he will be the UnConstitutional President from the moment he takes the oath of office, the first president who is not a citizen of the United States.
Why I am so sure?
I was not convinced by the lawsuits filed by Philip Berg, Andy Martin, Jerome Corsi, and others seeking disclosure of Obama's birth certificate. I was not convinced by the books and articles that now abound contesting Obama's origins. I was convinced by the behavior of Barack Obama and his lawyers, asking the governor of Hawaii to seal Obama's birth certificate so it could not be seen, by anyone, and by the behavior of Barack Obama and his lawyers, sealing his records at Columbia University and Harvard Law. Barack Obama is hiding himself from America. And he wants to be POTUS, and Commander-in-Chief.

If Obama, the Kenyan, takes office it will be the end of America, because even the simplest, most easily interpretable and enforceable requirement of the Constitution will have been totally disregarded.

My feeling is that, despite Phillip Berg’s case being dismissed by the judge in the case, this issue will not go away. Ever.
No matter which way this election goes, the Birth Certificate issue is going to haunt Obama until the mystery is solved.
Too many Americans are now aware that his citizenship is under a cloud of suspicion, and they will not let it rest - even if he tries to quietly go back to the Senate after losing the election.
I honestly don’t think that Obama can win the presidential election, but even if he did, Americans would demand en masse that he prove his eligibility as a “natural born citizen” to assume the office.
This ain’t over by a long shot.
What governmental entity is responsible to confirm that a presidential candidate is in fact a legal citizen of USA?
I have had a gut feeling that Obama was born in Kenya also. Can’t put my finger on it but like you things just do not add up. And if this is not the case wouldn’t he open all records willingly? Something stinks here.
Well, he makes the case. What other explanation can there possibly be for Obama’s failure to produce his real birth certificate?
I’ve been saying this for months. Sure it sounds incredible. But everything about Obama is incredible.

There has been a troubling lawsuit, now dismissed, in Pennsylvania that attempted to clarify the citizenship and eligibility for the Democrat candidate who is running for President.
The courts have thusfar ruled that the US citizen who brought the case does not "have standing" in the court. The question needs to be asked 'Who has standing to challenge the eligibility of a Presidential candidate?
From what I can tell, the determination of eligibility happens at the Elector College step. In this current campaign, if the Democrat challenger wins, there will be a constitutional crisis the likes we have never seen.
In response to the lawsuit, the DNC was joined. A spokesman from the DNC to the court admitted, on the record, that if the true birth and citizenship information was made public, it would be "embarrassing to the candidate".
Maybe the data is embarrassing, but that should be far secondary to finding out if the candidate is truly eligible to serve.
Please promise that if the Democrat candidate is elected, the eligibility challenge will get a fair hearing at the Electoral College step. I believe Sen. McCain can win, but if the opponent wins, this country is in real trouble of we have a leader who is ineligible.
Many Democrats still hold a grudge saying that President Bush is STILL ineligible based on the 2000 vote. The "native born" issue is far more problematic.
Good luck in the election - you have my support.
Again, please promise to challenge eligibility at the Electoral College step if we get that far.

This guy could not pass a simple security clearance much less pass a vetting process for the office of President. All of these "dismissed" lawsuits should be used at the Electoral College level (per the Constitution) to prevent him from taking office. Who dares to "speak truth" to this phony and his ill-gotten power?!?!?!
Now the Repubican Governor of Hawaii sealed Barry's birth records until after November 4 - that was why he flew to Grannie's side.

I admit that I have been traveling recently and haven't kept up on every bit of conservative news...but...have the “Big Three” covered this????? Huh?
The author is absolutely right! The fact that Obama is stonewalling is a great big red flag and the media should be all over it like flies on candy. But...They aren't.

If the only thing stopping the Berg case was lack of standing because he wasn’t a presidential candidate, well then get one of the many fringe “presidential candidates” no one has heard of to join in the suit. You shouldn’t even need a minor party (e.g. Constitution party) endorsed candidate because there were no parties when the constitution was drafted! There’s bound to be someone looking for their 15 min. of fame and crazy enough to take one Obama’s plumbers.
