Six hours after the release of information by API on the planned broadcast by Fox News Network of the Michelle Obama tape, in accordance with an agreement that has been reached between API and Fox News Network, API was contacted by Obama’s Campaign Manager.
Those who are close to the democratic presidential candidate must be desperate to win the elections no matter what, otherwise they would not have taken such bold step to contact API with an offer of a bribe in order to stop the airing of the tape.
Obama’s campaign manager contacted API by telephone and email offering 3 million US dollars followed with a request to API to cancel the deal with Fox News Network.
Ten days ago API received the first request to accept 2 million US dollars by Mr Ed Hale, President of Plains Radio, Texas - USA, in an effort to suppress the information from reaching the public before the coming US Presidential elections.
API has now taken a decision to contact the American Embassy in Oslo, Norway as soon as possible in order to report the matter and hand over the evidence for investigative purposes.
API’s Canadian lawyer is expected to fly to Oslo shortly in order to assist in the legal matters that arise from the bribery attempt.
API’s Chief editor is expected to travel to New York, together with the Canadian lawyer, where he will appear live in one of the shows that will air the Michelle Obama tape.

No, no, no - the issue an [alleged] tape of a recent call by Michelle Obama to API, complaining of their coverage of citizenship/eligibility issues. The fact that they’ve posted the [allegeld] bribery attempt rachets this thing up a bit. We’ll all know in a day or two ....
My gut feel was exactly the same: I thought that someone was playing API, with the intention of distracting Obama's opponents. But now, I think it's just API trying to drive traffic to their site, or something. I really don't know what they expect to get out of this.
Of course, it's possible that someone pretending to be with the Obama campaign called them and offered them a bounty.
This reads like one of those Nigerian scam emails. Should I provide my bank account number so they can wire me the 50 million dollars?

If this guy becomes President, the investigations of his administration and the corruption will be unprecedented in American history. You’ll see how fast the press jumps on that bandwagon. IT’S ALL ABOUT MONEY.
No wonder we haven’t heard anymore about the tape.

Ah, I’m sorry. Still, I don’t think API has any credibility. I’m skeptical that Michelle Obama even talked to them, let alone said something damaging. She seems to have been handling herself pretty well on the campaign trail - her only gaffe was the well-covered “proud” gaffe.

My question: If there is no truth —at all— to this—how can an outfit continue to publicize and claim that a named entity ( Obama camp)—is engaging in BRIBERY....without evidence.
If this is all false, wouldn’t this constitute an illegality that the Obama camp or Fox News could have shut down?

It is a friggin blog- anyone can write anything.. Heck, there are blogs that for years have been writing that the Bush family is reptilian aliens who secretly conduct meetings with a Hitler robot.
API is probably working with the Obama campaign, stringing along the gullible.
Michelle is probably laughing her butt off reading the comments of people who are waiting for the tape.
