Phil Berg is going to have some very interesting challenges ahead when he exposes the chain of events regarding this ruling. The ruling itself appears as though it should be thrown out; it isn’t even file or date stamped. First, there’s - CONFLICT OF INTEREST.; Obama’s Birth Certificate Judge-Obama Linkage:
Barack and Michelle worked at Sidley Austin law when they met.
Also working with Michelle at Sidley at the same time was one Bernardine Dohrn, beloved wife of Bill Ayers.
Now it turns out a fellow named Christopher B. Seaman is the former law clerk for U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick.
Christopher B. Seaman also works for a firm named Sidley Austin.
Gosh. It’s a small world after all.
The original faxed decision from the Clerk of the US District Court for the Eastern District of PA to attorney Philip J Berg appears to have been faxed to Judge Surrick for him to sign. But if this is the case, the questions becomes who wrote the decision and faxed it for the Judges signature?

There is No ONE that has the responsibility to verify that Obama is qualified to run as President of the United States. Specifically, is he a natural born citizen? In most cases that’s easily answered but Obama will NOT supply simple documents which would prove he is qualified, instead he keeps avoiding answering a very simple question.
I agree with Phil Berg that the question needs to be answered.

And as far as the FAX transmission delay, yes it is meaningless that one took much longer than the other. Endless variables can cause that from a poor phone line to a crappy fax machine on either end, or even a feeder paper jam.

That is a lie. While the winning side often presents an order based on the reasoning, the judges tells the party his reason for his decision. If Surrick didn't write it, he violated numerous provisions of the code of judicial condut and probably obstruction of justice. If he had extra judicial contact with a party, he must recuse himself from the case.
We can trust the democrats to have thoroughly vetted him can’t we? After all they wouldn’t lie...would they?

What now makes he whole Berg thing somewhat suspect is the result. If this was a “Hillary Plan” it seems it would have been put in front of a more “reliable” judge.
You don't do something like this unless you already know what the outcome will be.
This was likely a trap for McCain,draw him into saying something publicly about Obama’s citizenship status then “BANG” Obama whips out a BC and McCain looks foolish. Obama seals the deal !
