So, who does have standing? According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that's completely up to Congress to decide.
If, through the political process, Congress determines that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitutions eligibility requirements for the Presidency, then it is free to pass laws conferring standing on individuals like Plaintiff. Until that time, voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring in the Amended Complaint.

Why are there not protests being “organized” in Philly over the Judge’s ruling? We need a “community organizer” in Philly to go head to head with the Obamanation! Gather people! Make lots of noise!
So, McCain is a voter. Does he have standing?
Regarding standing, how can the court say that a voter does not have standing when we, the people, are the government (of the people, by the people and for the people)? When We the People of the United States form our government and Amendment X plainly states that, The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people, who does have standing? If I am not mistaken, the power to vette is not delineated in the Constitution, thereby reserving that power to the States or the people.
Fair warning watch who you call stupid. You get a free one because I am in a charitable mood today.
What’s wrong with repeating a point?
We’ve got a lot of folks in the feverswamp here who are assuming Barry will win and are searching out desperate and crazy measures.
We need to hammer the reality of Obama’s socialist/Marxist beliefs, policies, and associations for the next week.
Don’t you see how folks have been sent on a wild goose chase?
Anything wrong with being a teacher? What a stupid attempt at an insult.
With your repeat spamming the link you posted which send you a lot of flack here, I am sure your colleague Bill Ayers would very proud of you, especially when you portrayed thousands of Freepers NOT being respectable people!!!
I’m ignoring you “Truthers” like I would a bum on the street.

So why did it take more than two months to figure that out???St....!!!
Some of us were TRYING to warn our fellow citizens of this way back in the 80s. We were circulating a book entitled “Change Agents in the Public Schools” by Rael Jean Isaacs. Folks laughed in our faces at such a radical thought. Many of them are no longer laughing. They’re too ignorant to want to know more, let along actually try to DO something about it. But at least they’ve stopped laughing.
I searched the net for that book now and could not find it. Perhaps it, like so many others, has been chucked down the memory hole.
If anyone who happens upon this post finds it, please post the link for the dozen or so other citizens who may wish to know how we got to this terrible place in our national history.
For what it’s worth, my hat’s off to those who have altered our original system beyond all recognition: It’s worked beyond their wildest dreams.
Barack Obama is the proof.
AFAIK, neither practiced before the SCOTUS. They may have studied Constitutional law enough to pass it on. Congressman Billybob (John Armor) has actually practiced it before the Court.
Does the codified statutory standing only apply in regard to the environmental laws?
Yes I'll remember that when I arrive at the Gulags.
Dom't know if the Democrats have other Easter eggs hidden. I think they also have hidden some similar laws with regard to endangered species ... But I haven't really researched those.
Thank you for the ping, Meek. Will link this to Birth Certificate Link Thread:

Very possibly true. However, with Roberts and Alito on the Court, their petitions will likely be denied since they have no standing on this issue.
