A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.
The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.
Berg's suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.
The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

I just wrote Philip Berg today, suggesting the following:
“In order to ensure that they (the reporters) will come to your press conference. I suggest you get hold of at least several active conservative blogs like Freerepublic.com, National & local GOP offices, 2-3 Big talk show hosts like Michael Savage, Sean Hannity & Rush, the more the better.
Coordinate the timing of your press conference so we could turn out a few hundred or thousand supporters in front of each of Big Networks, CNN, Washington Post, New York Times... Let me tell you, many would LOVE to hold signs like,”Tell the truth!” ,”Report Obama Citizengate!” , “Stop cover-up of Obama”, etc. a banner which says, “Why won’t Obama produce his birth certificate?”
At same time, we will have drivers circulating that block honking, drawing attention!
The above SHOULD Be done hours BEFORE your announcement!
Why , to PRESSURE them to attend & report!
Also hours & a day prior to your announcements, we will ask activists to bombard these media & Obama offices with emails/faxes along with your U-tube, demanding they tell the truth! I can help encourage people to start doing this now in preparation phase.

Then hopefully McCain camp will come out with their press release/conference, demanding Obama stop hiding his past!...”
After much research & reading, I am convinced Obama can’t produce. He has always quickly silenced any rumor, except this one.
Pray tell me why would someone waste money with attorney fees when he could have easily produced a copy? Makes NO sense!

Good questions. There will be a consitutution crises if O is discovered lying After the election. Then expect a riot, if forced to resign.
If he is discovered BEFOre, there will still be SO MUCH anger, and commotion.
Not sure whether Hillary or someone could replace him in such a short time, isn’t it up to super delegates?
There is a small possibility McCain is going to come out days BEFORE Election day, his October surprise.
I have written & pleaded with his campaign head, advisers many times, they have not stated one way or another. It might be a secret in their inner circle.
Their plan B if polls look bad later.
I thought this was going to be one of those things where Obama would produce all the documentation in the 11th hour and make us all appear as idiots.
If he has nothing to hide, what exactly is his problem with releasing his Birth Certificate?
If this came up for me, I would produce the document within 2 days and be done with it.
Has the media (watchdogs of justice) even asked the question of Obama? This whole thing just comes off as more creepiness from Obama in my mind. The dude is strange and the fact that it isn’t scaring at least half of the electorate is very disturbing to me.

At ths point Jim, it will go nowhere. The media is far too busy probing scandals like Sarah Palin’s wardrobe and makeup artist to be bothered with such triviality as deep relationships with unrepentent terrorists and Jew-loathing preachers, or whether he’s constitutionally eligible to be a presidential canddate.
And I think your putting too much weight into the outrage factor and not enough into who will control congress and how Clinton’s impeachment went.
I have $20 that says it shows Frank Marshall Davis as his REAL daddy.
