Why? Printed media is on the way out. A lot of people I know have stopped having home delivery of newspapers. Most are now getting their news via the Internet.

Oh Well, that 1.39B market cap is sinking fast, it probably is close to what Rush would pay, trouble is, 87% of the stock holders are institutions.
