"Nonetheless an attorney in Philadelphia, Philip Berg, filed a lawsuit claiming Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian man. Berg says Obama failed to take an oath of allegiance when he turned 18.
Obama has attempted to silence any critics by producing a birth certificate from Hawaii, proving he was born there in 1961. Berg however is demanding an original, and not a copy from the Obama camp.
Obama's team filed a motion to dismiss Berg's lawsuit, but they also made a motion to block discovery.
Brian Smith is a West Palm Beach attorney registered as an Independent, that has wrote about this issue from a legal standpoint on his blog.
"The Obama camp and Democratic National Committee responded to the lawsuit by filing a motion to dismiss, but they never responded to the request for admissions."
Berg is now arguing because Obama's camp is refusing to produce an original birth certificate copy in discovery, his allegations are essentially true. "

I think Berg is hedging for that by pointing out of Obambi became an Indo citizen then he lost his USA citizenship.

Anne mentioned was a girl in Gerogia where Frank Marshall Davis and his first wife, Thelma Boyd, worked from 1931 until 1934.(Ann Dunham wasn’t born until November,1942) Frank moved back to Chicago in 1934 and although he and his wife tried to make the marriage work, they eventually divorced and Thelma relocated to Washington.(I have no idea if she relocated to D.C. or the state) That information can be found in the forward of the Frank Marshall Davis biography at Google books which is a pdf which cannot be cut and pasted!

AFRICAN would have been NEGRO in 1961, wouldn’t it? OR, since officially Barack Hussein Obama SENIOR is listed in Kenya as “ARAB” even though that’s not a race, technically, had Sr been there, he MIGHT have told them “ARAB” instead of Negro. Because even in Africa, Muslims with Muslim Names are not considered “Negro” Africans, even today.

A COLB is not a birth certificate as such. My children have them and to get the official birth certificate from Delaware, I or they have to request it and pay for it. The BC would have all the pertinent information. THAT is why we want a BIRTH CERTIFICATE and not some fabricated Certificate of Live Birth (COLB).

I have no doubt that you are a proud American citizen and a veteran, and I salute you for your service, but you are wrong on this one.
Little matter, I understand that the District Judge 12b’d the case last Friday even though the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure definitively required the judge to rule for the plantiff because the defendants’ (Obama and the DNC) failure to respond to plaintiff's disclosure requirement. In other words, Obama had to produce under oath his birth records, but he didn't so he would’ve been removed from the ballot.
