Obama citizenship story finally seeing daylight? (Palm Beach County to the rescue?)

"Nonetheless an attorney in Philadelphia, Philip Berg, filed a lawsuit claiming Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian man. Berg says Obama failed to take an oath of allegiance when he turned 18.

Obama has attempted to silence any critics by producing a birth certificate from Hawaii, proving he was born there in 1961. Berg however is demanding an original, and not a copy from the Obama camp.

Obama's team filed a motion to dismiss Berg's lawsuit, but they also made a motion to block discovery.

Brian Smith is a West Palm Beach attorney registered as an Independent, that has wrote about this issue from a legal standpoint on his blog.

"The Obama camp and Democratic National Committee responded to the lawsuit by filing a motion to dismiss, but they never responded to the request for admissions."

Berg is now arguing because Obama's camp is refusing to produce an original birth certificate copy in discovery, his allegations are essentially true. "

We need more than the BC, don’t we? If the BC shows he was born in Hawaii, as he claims, what we actually need is proof he lost his US citizenship when he moved to Indonesia.

SORRY!We found out last night from that Chicago investigator in Hawaii that Barack Jr. is really the love child of that ultra communist black guy, Frank. Apparently, Anne did a threesome with Frank and his wife, got pregnant, and married Mr. Obama so he could get US citizenship or something. Then... Barack, Jr. gets a new dad when Anne moves them to Indonesia but Barack, Jr. stays in touch with Frank. Nobody seems to know where poor ol young Barack is born, but... if Frank the US communist is his biological father, well, then I guess Barack, Jr (now, apparently, no relationship to Barack, Sr.) is or could be or might be or wants to be a US citizen.

I wish I was making this all up. But, that's what I read here last night.

IF Obama, Jr. IS the son of Pink Frank, it would explain how this obscure figure has been coddled and shepherded by the Leftist establishment all of these years. Columbia, Harvard, radical organizing, etc. The SON of FRANK would be sort of a Massiaha figure among the Left.
