"Mad About You" had a hilarious scene where Paul explains to Jaime why "guys like lesbian scenes." It was just a few words back and forth, but SO funny.
And keeping with the homosexual theme, IMHO one of the very funniest TV episodes EVER was the episode called "Matchmaker" from the second season of "Frasier." It's where Frasier tries to set up his new program director with his father's health care worker, while the new PD thinks that Frasier is asking HIM out! I know that TV Guide ranked this episode as one of their top 100 funniest TV shows of all time.
David Hyde Pierce (who plays Niles on the series, Frasier's brother) may have some of the best comic timing (i.e. silence) since Jack Benny.

Phil Hartman is/was a comic genius and the rest of the cast was exceptional too. When Phil had to stop smoking was the funniest show of all time ... bar none.
Oh, YES!!!! Another one of my all-time favorites! I never missed an episode, and you're right, that episode was a scream. And it's the only TV show where Joe Rogan (who RUINED "The Man Show") and and Andy Dick didn't annoy the heck out of me. Another funny episode was when French Stewart from "Third Rock from the Sun" guested." And in fact, "Third Rock" was a great comedy too.
And while we're talking about radio, one that we've all missed to this point is "WKRP in Cincinnati."
"As G-d is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly!"
WKRP in Cincinatti.
Third Rock from the Sun
The Adventures of Frisco County
The Man Show
and finally...
She Spies... My ex-girlfriend used to tell me that when I watched "She Spies" I was killing brain cells. It was silly and goofy, at least before they tried to get more serious during the last season, and killed it. Plus these were the stars...
I had no idea it was available on DVD. Of course, it wasn't really good enough for me to BUY the DVDs, but it was fun to watch on free TV.
