I don’t even necessarily believe that any potential POTUS must have the ability to pass a background check. Our Constitution has very few but specific requirements in order to be eligible. Its our, my, Constitution, and my President, and I have the right to see proof that he is fulfilling the requirements. And a Drivers License doesn’t cut it.....Lupe my pool guy has a drivers license, and his English is so bad he doesn’t know giddy-up from whoa.

Even if he was born in Kenya he is still elible. I do think Berg has something on him as well. I agree there is something shady with the birth certifiate that he doesn’t want to show it. You know how the media is we may not find out until after the election.
It could be something like the mother’s age was younger,something that he’s ashamed of. The guy has always had alot of hole in his biography.

I would say that if he has a Consular Report of Birth issued at a US Embassy or Consulate General in Kenya, then you are correct. If he has a fony birth record from any place, it will require the US Supreme Court to hash it out.

If Obama has an Embassy-issued Consular Report of Birth, then it is on record at the U.S. State Department. It must be!
There are issues surrounding his adoption by Soetero. For one if he was adopted and given Soetoro’s name why is he not using his Soetero his legal name. If his mother was younger that would be a problem. If he was adopted the original birth certifiate is most likely sealed. I don’t think he has his birth certificate. Being a lawyer I would have thought he would have gotten it by now. Something makes me think Obama thinks he I smarter than everybody else.
He is a naturally cold person. I’m sure you remember that ad he ran talking about his mother’s death.

I never thought of that. Because of the way the consitution is worded it will take the Supreme Court to figure it out. Maybe he is gearing up for a court battle.
I’ve never thought he was born in Hawaii. The story seems too far fetched. If it’s false think about the people he has duped. Would those people in Hawaii have voted for him if they knew? Yes but still. This is a man who said his parents met at the Selma march.
Even if he does answer all questions pertaining to citizenship and proves he is able to run for president, then he will have done at minimal what should have been done before he began to run for president, proven that it is ok that he runs. There is no reason for this info not to be released.
