My point is that you are making the assumption she is under hospice care without any real information. And if she is so close to death why isn’t Obama winging his way to Hawaii right now and why is he planning on returning to the campaign trail on Saturday?

Grandma was probably the person that sent Obama's birth announcement to a Hawaii newspaper in August, 1961. She knows if Obama was really born in Hawaii or not.

Sorry - courts need personal jurisdiction over people to hear cases involving them, which translated means: Courts need the power to hear a case against X.

This personal jurisdiction can be acquired in various ways, but it typically involves “service of process,” which we all know about: A messenger hired by the plaintiff shows up in from of Obama (or a representative) with a copy of the complaint...

But it’s a bit tacky to do that if the Defendant is at his grandmother’s deathbed...
