ABC News' Matthew Jaffe Reports: Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., on Sunday guaranteed that if elected, Sen. Barack Obama., D-Ill., will be tested by an international crisis within his first six months in power and he will need supporters to stand by him as he makes tough, and possibly unpopular, decisions.

"Mark my words," the Democratic vice presidential nominee warned at the second of his two Seattle fundraisers Sunday. "It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We're about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don't remember anything else I said. Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy."

Yeah, Biden is not exactly the most discrete person. It is dumb for him to say what little he said. But it clinches it for me that Biden expects conflict with Iran if he is going around talking about JFK and an international crisis. All that could mean is the Cuban Missile Crisis and the most likely contemporary parallel to that would be having to destroy Iran’s nuclear weapons program. Biden knows that the moonbats will find it almost impossible to understand why Iran’s nukes are a threat.

History lesson for Joe: The world, specifically Khruschev at the Vienna summit, tested John Kennedy. The world found John Kennedy wanting. This led directly to the Cuban Missile Crisis, which came within a few hours of ending civilization as we know it. (The Soviet Embassy in Washington was burning classified documents.)

This reminds me of the interview that Cigar Aficionado magazine did with Gen. Tommy Franks a couple of years ago. Gen. Franks stated that a nuclear-biological-chemical (NBC) attack on US soil would probably lead to the suspension of the US Constitution and the imposition of martial law.

Wouldn't that just be fine with Obama and his evil minions?

Why I am voting Democrat!

I’m voting Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending MY MONEY than I would. I think when you spread the wealth around it is good for everybody! It’s Patriotic!
