Reports of rampant voter fraud -- centered primarily with the liberal group Association of Community Organizations for Reform (ACORN) -- has put the integrity of the upcoming election in question.

One month ago, John McCain set up a special committee for “Honest and Opened Elections” and invited the Barack Obama campaign to join with him in a bi-partisan effort to stop voter fraud. (Read the request letter here.) To date, the Obama campaign has ignored the McCain campaign request. Grassfire.org wants to deliver tens of thousands of petitions to the Obama campaign calling on Obama to join with McCain to stop voter fraud.

Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis

A lawsuit has been filed with the Pennsylvania Eastern District Court requiring Mr. Obama to produce documents to prove he is constitutionally qualified to run for President. So far Mr. Obama has refused to produce the documents and is trying to fight the court order to produce the documents. Any American should be able to prove citizenship in less than a day. Why can’t Mr. Obama?

A constitutional crisis will rip our country apart. If this is not cleared up now we will have a crisis. If you care at all about America you must call for Mr. Obama to produce the documents and prove that he is eligible to be President.

I just called my Senators office and was told it was impossible to defund Acorn as they receive no federal funding.

Is this true?

House Minority Leader John Boehner (R.-Ohio) released information showing ACORN has received at least $31 million in federal funding since 1998 hours after the FBI announced they were launching a nationwide investigation against the non-profit.

“ACORN’s free ride on the backs of taxpayers must end immediately," a statement from Boehner's office said. "An initial review of federal records shows ACORN affiliates have received at least $31 million in direct federal funding from American taxpayers over the past 10 years, and millions more indirectly through state and local agencies that receive federal block grants. House Republicans worked together to stop the Majority from using taxpayer dollars to fill a slush fund created just for ACORN, but now we must go further to turn off the spigot of federal grants on which ACORN depends."
