Can it be argued that every citizen has a tangible and direct interest in the satisfaction of the qualifications of a candidate for President? It would seem privacy issues would have to be overridden.

Actually, now that I think about it, an elector of the Electoral College would seem to have the primary right for a viewing of the records...?
