At the Demos yes not for the contest. The Scouts loved the Mess Sergeants Judging them. They really out did themselves this time. On unit when it brought its cooking offerings had a white mess-jacket on and a napkin across the cooks right arm.
The Mess Sergeants were amazed at what the boys had done and at what they learned. They thought the competition was tough and the boys could compete on nearly an even basis with the Sous-Cooks that they have in the dinning facility.
