So Joe the Plumber loses his job when Obama taxes Joe the Plumber’s boss too much?
Joe the Plumber is a plumber. He’s just not making as much money in plumbing as his boss is. He has to work harder to get his license, so that he can start his own business . . .

He doesn’t need a license. He would be covered under his employers license. Now if he were to buy the company he works for than he will need a license.
