Kind of like my rebel flag tag on my old jeep that my dim neighbor sees anytime he peeks out of his window to spy on me. It is a cheap and colorful deterent.

It is also visible when he is on weed patrol. It is funny. He marches the perimeter of his jungle/yard to make sure that no leaf, vine, briar, or weed has been touched. He also waters them.
