The only time I see my local news is when they have it on at the doctor's office. Why should I give a damn about the three-hundredth black-on-black gang shooting in Olney, Strawberry Mansion, Fishtown, or Germantown (west Philly)? I don't live in Philadelphia County, avoid it like the plague, and as far as I'm concerned, if they want to act like animals I say we should let them -- more food, water, and energy for the rest of us.

I live in Philadelphia County and can't stand the local news. With everything on there you'd think it was Mogadishu but I have lived in South Philly 15 years and never had a problem.

It is not Fox News Channel in general, it is this particular bunch of pundits: Krauty, Easton, Kristol, Wallace and Brit that have become the downers, the morning shift starting with Fox and Friends are very much pro-Mac...and fair.

I think you're right. It's time for them to go. They really are downers. I have been getting up at 5 am to watch F & F the past month or two and I never do that. The Friends are living in the real world and the sky is not falling for them, which is a relief, since Special Report is like watching Bizarro World News now.

What I get out of their comment, is that they don't think the American people are smart enough to pick a candidate based on their records or policies, but decide who to vote for based on their on-screen appearance. To me it was a demeaning comment.

Fox in the tank. I find it something that Hannity is NEVER ON when the debates are over... Fox definitely in the tank. Their panel is consistently against McCain. I’m boycotting all news. I’ve had enough b.s. to last the next four years.
