Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate's past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?

Say he was legit, somehow — because his teenage mother was american....do you think it matters that Obama has perpetuated fraud on the American people by posting a fraudulent document and claiming he was born in Hawaii?
The legal argument as to whether he may or may not have citizenship while being born in Kenya is actually academic. He’s already in too deep if it is proven he LIED to advance his career—to the ENTIRE Country. I wonder who all his accessories will be?

This would be Obama's Excellent Adventure! Remember the movie Catch Me If You Can? Frank Abagnale got away with pretending he was someone he was not for quite a while. For some reason Obama has always reminded me of him - The Great Imposter. Either way, if he's elected the joke will be on us.

You should read the rules for citizenship for 1961 and you would discover his mother was not eligible to transfer citizenship to Obama because she was not old enough according to law and his father was Kenyan which gave him a Kenyan citizenship.
What happens if he wins, and THEN this information comes out and he is found to be a fraud? Does the election become null and void or does Biden get the Presidency?

You can’t amend the constitution that fast. Amending the constitution takes 2/3 of the states voting by 2/3’s each to amend the constitution.

This was 1961 when Obama was born in Kenya. His mother was TOO YOUNG FOR that law to be in effect, as in passing on rights of U.S. citizenship to child because she was American. (she probably didn’t want to be American anyway)
Osama HUSSEIN Obama is not a naturalized citizen, he is Kenyan-born, adopted by an Indonesian and never renounced his citizenship...even if he was born in Hawaii as he claims (which I don’t believe), he’s at best a DUAL citizen and is thereby disqualified from running for President.
For someone with THAT ONE’s questionable background, shady friends and associates, and his extremely socialist record as a US Senator and almost ZERO experience to be the nominee, I despise the DUmocrat party’s adoption of communism as their ultimate goal and those who’d sit idly by and allow their party to promote such a man as THAT ONE.
