Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate's past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?

Not so sure about that. Are you and your spouse’s names on their birth certificates? Judge’s usually amend birth certificates by putting in the adoptive parents names.
Regardless of whether your kids went through naturalization (the immigration code now automatically bestow citizenship upon US adoption), the courts strictly construe adoptive children to be legally identical to biological kids.
If a biological child of yours could qualify, then I am absolutely certain that the federal courts would rule that an adoptive kid is, in fact, a natural born citizen because his parents are both US citizens.
Actually, even if he was born in Kenya, he’s still a US citizen. The red herring is, everyone is looking at the law which states that the mother must have been a citizen for at least 5 years after her 16th birthday (impossible since she was only 18)— but that is for American WIVES of foreign husbands. Barack Obama Sr. was already married in Kenya when he met Barry’s mom. Since he was neither widowed nor divorce and because bigamy is illegal in the United States, any marriage ceremony between the senator’s parents was invalid.
The law at that time was the child of an UNMARRIED American mother was automatically a natural born citizen if mom was a US citizen who’d lived on American soil for at least one year. So regardless of where Senator Obama was born, since he’s certainly a bastard, he’s certainly eligible for the presidency.
8 USC 1409 (c) Notwithstanding the provision of subsection (a) of this section, a person born, after December 23, 1952, outside the United States and out of wedlock shall be held to have acquired at birth the nationality status of his mother, if the mother had the nationality of the United States at the time of such person’s birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year.
That does not make it legal to forge a Hawai’i COLB. I don’t think it will be possible for Obama to run for President while being incarcerated for Forgery.

Why is it recorded in so many places that ‘his sister Maya says he was born in the Honoluolu hospital.’ Maya is born 9 years later in Jakarta and that renders her testimony useless. So why bother to print further nonsense in an attempt to substantiate a falsehood.
What are you talking about? I thought Obama's mother was born in the U.S. and lived here until he was born. No?
You're right, of course. In subsequent posts I noted the same possibility. So my use of the word "must" overstates the case for concluding the birth notice alone proves Obama had to have been born in Hawaii. It is conceivable that a notice for a child born in another country could have been placed. Still, a contemporaneous birth notice combined with a commonsense understanding of public birth notices offers a pretty compelling bit of evidence.
For the record, I don't believe there's any evidence that Obama was born outside the U. S. But it seems fairly clear that there's something about his birth certificate that he'd like to keep secret.
Same here. Commonsense would seem to say release the darn original and avoid any hassle.

.....I wouldn’t credit his ignorance as you have.....You missed my point. If the case goes to court, Obama can’t testify as to the location of his birth. Although he was present, he doesn’t know where it happened. His knowledge is totally hearsay
