I don’t know why B.O. is buying any t.v. time. He has it 24-7 on MSNBC, CBS, CNBC, ABC, CNN.

He purchased a similar chunk of time, but by the time it was to air he knew he was going to lose so it was like the old Playboy club tv show. Why would NBC want any payment? They've been donating their time whenever possible for months now.
First off, your math is off (by a factor of 2). Secondly, there are probably charging Obama the amount of commercial money they would lose during a 30 minute spot. Commercials are what percentage of a 30 minute spot?
