Now All Inconventient Facts About Obama Are 'False Rumors'
You just can't keep up with all of the examples of the media getting basic facts about Barack Obama 100 percent wrong, and always in his favor.
Campaign Spot reader John notices this example from an AP story on the arrest of Jerome Corsi, author of an anti-Obama book in Kenya:
Corsi's book claims the Illinois senator is a dangerous, radical candidate for president and includes innuendoes and false rumors — that he was raised a Muslim and attended a radical black church.
Now, Corsi made plenty of mistakes in his book, but those two statements are true. Obama was raised a Muslim for part of his childhood; he describes attending mosques with his stepfather in Indonesia. And Trinity United Church of Christ can accurately be described as a radical black church. (If the congregation's wild applause for the most outrageous statements of Jeremiah Wright doesn't qualify as radical, what does?) At the very least, that characterization is a disputed opinion, not a "false rumor."
Sounds like, in his own words, that he “chose his friends carefully” to include Marxist professors.
No, he’s not a Marxist, but he “chose carefully” to include Marxists as his friends.
It’s almost funny how the Democrats call Corsi a liar because he makes a few tiny errors. Yet they never deny the real facts that are accurately written by Corsi.
Of course Obama was never a Muslim, and never attended a radical black church. And we’ve always been at war with Eastasia.
I haven’t read Corsi’s book. Is there an objective review of it anywhere?
I wonder why there is such a delay in the Berg lawsuit? It would seem that a court would want to rule on this BEFORE any election.
Such as? If you follow the link, it does not document any "mistakes," but just says that he prefers the book written by his fellow NRO staffer, Fredosso. I remember reading that earlier statement. Hey, why not just read BOTH books. No need to knock the other one unless you can provide some good reasons to do so.

Float your own version of stories to an obliging press, and then when real qustions arise say “this is old news”

My advise to our side is if he gets in let all the scandal stuff go & stick with criticism of policy... Obama cannot possibly deliver to the left what they expect, he'll end up demoralizing them.
Conservative media attacks can never be effective given current media conditions, and will only provide a means for the media to distract from Obama's real leadership shortcomings & policy failures.

Law suits can be fast tracked or stalled. Note the Trooper Gate deal in Alaska. Palin’s enemies are speeding to a report prior to the Presidential election, as if that has anything to do with Alaska!
If the facts are false rumors what do we call true rumors?
Just heard Rush say the the starting lineup for the Dallas Cowboys are now registered to vote in Missouri. They are registered in Indiana, too, I believe. Since they are America’s Team, looks like every state in the Union is getting them on their voter roles. At least ACORN is trying that.
Look, there are two Obamas. There is the smiling, slick Hahvud Obama we see at the mostly white rallies, and then there’s the radical Obama, or the true, ebonic Obama, the friend of Acorn, Wright, and kiss-ass white radicals like Ayers and Dorn. Dirty, smelly white press campaign planes aside, this is a man of two colors and two faces, one of the white capitulator, and the other the black restitution-seeker.

That reminds me of Pat Paulsen's presidential campaign. "On the record" (I still have it), he laments that his opponents have been spreading rumors about him: "terrible, horrible, vicious rumors! Rumors of the WORST kind: TRUE rumors!"
Once again, we have a clown running for president - but only half the population notices that he's a clown.
The thing to remember is if Hussein is elected, the media will have NO CHOICE but to cover him and all of his misdeeds , bad associations and the like
The only way that all of the evil that this man is and represents (ie the world socialist movement) will ONLY come to light if he wins
He will be SUCH a COMPLETE disaster and will be SO EXPOSED that I think it may be an actual + for the CONSERVATIVE (NOT republican) movement
Would not HUSSEIN’s election COMPLETELY SOLIDIFY the constitution beleiving , arms bearing , God trusting, small government , liberty minded folks?
