Out of curiousity, I googled concealed carry laws and got the "report card" on all of the 50 (or is it 57) states. Oddly enough Delaware got a "D" and Illinois got an "F". On the other other hand Arizona got an "A" as well as Alaska. Read report here Quite revealing. Might be a point someone could bring to a debate.
