True that Perot helped, but the Democrats messed up the economy with a S&L disaster that rattled during Bush #1 though the Republicans had nothing to do with it.

His administration is not responsible for the Clinton sub-prime mess from 1993, but they all scream it is Bush and Republicans.
W and Republicans need to brand all these bank collapses on the butts of Democrats.

The former is deducted from your taxable income. If it sends your taxable income past zero, you don't get a check for the difference.
