PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE #2 LIVE THREAD
10/07/08
Posted on 10/07/2008 2:01:24 PM PDT by TornadoAlley3
While the two presidential candidates, Senators John McCain and Barack Obama, prepare for their second debate on Oct. 7 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tom Brokaw gets to sift through questions submitted by you. In addition to queries from a group randomly selected by the Gallup organization, Brokaw will be fielding questions submitted online at mydebates.org, the site created by the Commission on Presidential Debates and Myspace. The focus of the town hall-style debate will be domestic and foreign policy, Brokaw's specialties.

McCain has a problem with the Bush team. He should have put his own team of advisors together.
The GOP advisors/drivers/analysts/brief preparers are incompetent and stuck in a rut.

My God - I’m not sure I’ve heard McCain talk more than 2-3 times for very short times

Class envy will work every time. McCain should ask the audience how many of them work for a poor person.

A lot of you remember the tragedy on 9/11. OF COURSE WE REMEMBER IT! DUH!
We also remember the bombings on a smaller scale of your friend William whom you don't remember.

Obama class warfare professional. Teacher being downtrodden.
To: TornadoAlley3
McCain is coming across as warm and human (albeit nervous) and Obama is cold and steely.

I called it a week ago... Unless McCain has a response to the TAX rhetoric, he can pack it up and go home... So far, NO response to numerous BS lines
