If youre among those who speculate that the only thing better than Tina Fey doing Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live would be Sarah Palin making a cameo on the show, there might be hope yet.
If the buzz is to be believed, the NBC show is working to get the vice-presidential candidate and Alaska governor on air before the election Although Saturday Night Live, like many other shows, doesnt comment specifically on bookings, a rep said, There are always talks with the candidates' camps.
Theres also some buzz about Palin making an appearance on The View.
Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. John McCain have both made appearances, and View executive producer Bill Geddie says, The View has established itself as a place to be seen for both the presidential and VP candidates, their wives and/or husbands and they all have an open invitation to appear on the show.

The only way SNL’s gonna continue getting good ratings is if Palin and Mac win. I think they know this. They’re pinko libs, but not THAT dumb.
Correctomundo! Don't give them credibility.
I agree with rapor29 100%!
Why do conservatives feel obligated to do these shows? An appearance is not going to change any minds. Why stoop to their level?
You want to get to them?
IGNORE THEM COMPLETELY! That will drive them nuts!!
I agree, you’re right. You convinced me.
Thanks... Oprah will NOT give her an outlet... She’s a disgrace... Frankly, I think she can calmly hand those 4 cows their a$$e- on national TV... I would LOVE to see that
She should not appear.
I am sick and tired of hearing all the media talking heads and entertainers call our President and Vice President “those guys.”
It demeans their office, our country, and Americans whether they voted for them or not.
Would John Adams go on Saturday Night Live to get a vote??
No - to speak directly to the people... Many Americans still don’t know her, they just go off the lies from the MSM... If they see her, being a real person, she could swing some of them to our side... It’s gonna be a close election, and they could help
I believe this is related to the Bush Doctrine of preemption.
It is my opinion that the only thing Tina Fey will be remembered for by history is her impersonation of the first female Vice President of the United States.
Agreed, but she got her Emmy for work done on 30 Rock before Sarah was the VP nominee, so she thinks she’s talented!
I’d like to see her on SNL, but the View? No way! I don’t want her to give them any ratings or publicity. Screw the View!
