On Anderson's Cooper 360 they did a major investigative look at the Ayers/Obama connection. They even interviewed Stanley Kurtz.
Bottom line: Just a guy in my neighborhood? Served on one board together?
CNN Says bulls**t!
They worked closely with each other and worked together on TWO boards -- both Annenberg and the Woods Foundation. They also talked about Ayers little tea party to launch Obama and found Obama hadn't been entirely honest about "just stopping by..." It was an event they planned and hosted TOGETHER.
Sarah Palin needs to come out tomorrow and ride this just like she did the New York Times piece: "It appears as though we've learned once again that Barack Obama wasn't exactly telling the truth about his association with the domestic terrorist William Ayers. As a matter of fact it was in a debate during the primary in which he lied. We know this because CNN reports...."
It's the lies that will sink.
THE LIES.
I couldn't believe CNN did this. My jaw was on the floor. Anderson Cooper, let me tell you, was not happy.
In all the excitement I don’t know if I fired the Odinga bullet or not, you’ve got to ask yourself this question, Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya?.....PUNK.

How about Obama openly campaigning for his communist cousin Odinga who signed a pact with Muslims to enact Sharia Law if elected and started riots when he lost. Obama campaigned for an openly Anti-American candidate in a foreign country in 2006 at taxpayer expense.
DING DING DING!!!! We have a winner!!
Really, I think the Clinton’s are going to pull off the October surprise and give it to their lib media friends to expose Obama.
I cannot believe CNN aired this.
Have the magnetic poles shifted?
Anyway, good job Mr. Cooper.
It’s a beautiful day in this neighborhood,
A beautiful day for a neighbor.
Hi neighbor!
Can you spell terrorist?
I knew you could!
Neither was David Gergen.
In addition to Ayers the RNC should mention Dohrn more often. She was -- and probably still is -- one sick rhymes with ditch.
In addition to bombing the Pentagon they were planning to bomb an NCO club at Fort Dix. RNC should remind people BO wants to command our military the very people his pals tried to kill.
Hopefully they'll have a youtube up soon.
After it ran, Anderson interviewed the guy who did the piece and let me tell you Coop wasn't happy. He focused on whether or not “any evidence was found that Obama agreed with Ayers.” The reporter didn't know what to say but knew he had to go along with Cooper trying to ignore all the lies they had uncovered.
Don't forget, if you watched H&C today, that Morris was talking about a bunch of new papers released by the Woods Foundation.
That's what this was.
"Y'all say thet lahk it's a bad thang..."
David Gergen has been disgustingly unprofessional.
Have they ever? Clinton/Gore
Or Bush: "They [ILLEGAL ALIENS] only coming here to do the jobs Americans won't do".
Who did the report? It doesn’t seem to be on the website yet, so having the name of the reporter would help.
Howard Kurtz was on Hugh Hewitt today and he talked about the interview and how he gave CNN (no name mentioned) lots of detail about the Ayers-Obama connection. Then he said they never broadcast any of the material he gave them. I hope he was premature with that verdict. There is a hugh story here for some journalist who wants to make his bones more than he wants to see Obama in the White House. Maybe Anderson Cooper is that ambitious guy.
To his credit, I remember reading that he didn't know the information in her book beforehand and was actually embarrassed.
CNN has to cover this, they want the same ratings Hannity got yesterday.
aculeus — did you see this, as well?
I’d like another witness with no link to offer and being new to FR.
If so, it will show up eventually.
Like a great man said once, “Trust, but verify.”
The Annenberg Project. $160 million and where did it all go?

Votersand debate moderatorsshouldnt let Bill Ayers and Barack Obama off the hook.
6 October 2008
Back in the early eighties, in an interview with David Horowitz and Peter Collier, Bill Ayers remembered his reaction upon learning that he would not be prosecuted by the government for his bombing spree as a member of the Weather Underground. Guilty as hell, free as a birdAmerica is a great country, he exulted. Ayers is now a university professor, but he must have been exulting all over again after reading Saturdays front-page story in the New York Times.

The first instinct of 0bama’s Chicago thug campaign staff has consistently been to overreact with angry, juvenile defensive outbursts whenever he is threatened. This is when they go over the top and say insulting things that alienate most Americans (e.g. the insults toward small towns when Palin burst onto the scene). I suspect McCain/Schmidt will take advantage of this reactive tendency by launching a steady barrage of attacks from multiple angles from now through election day, to draw the 0bamanistas into making a series of damaging statements.
