This is going to be one of those word-of-mouth movies that will gain momentum over the next few weeks.

My lovely wife and I and another couple plan on seeing it tomorrow in the belly of the beast as far as liberal areas in this town

I was thinking Monday. We might try for tomorrow, but, I don’t know.

Given what movie this is, your post makes no sense - unless you are a liberal.

I went yesterday. It’s good. So go see it. No excuses accepted.

Hopefully next week. I was diagnosed with TB a few weeks back, am still under quarantine though hopefully they'll turn me loose this week. I wouldn't want to infect a fellow conservative. Maybe I should go see Religulous instead - and cough a lot.

“The last movie I saw in a theater was “Twister” in 1994. I don’t do theaters.”

That was one crappy movie!

I saw it in a Times Square theater on Saturday afternoon, and I enjoyed it. It did drag a bit in places, but there were some solid laughs. I especially liked the “Goofus and Gallant” style terrorist training video, the Neville Chamberlain scene, and the musical number that took place in the university. Robert Davi was excellent as the terrorist leader. Nice tribute to our troops at the end, too. All in all, an entertaining film.

Saw it today. Enjoyed it. Theater less than 1/4 full for matinee and it only plays in a few theaters. We need to support this as those actors stuck their necks out— go see it and see.

I don’t go to movies!

The last time I went to a movie was in 1957.

I saw it earlier this evening.

This movie is an embarrassment.

The movie was funny - LOTS of one liners to make you chuckle. Saw David Zucker on FOX yesterday - he said his liberal brother/director Jerry and his family can’t figure out what happened to David. I figure he had an epiphany.... ahem. Go see it - Jon Voigt plays Geo. Washington, lots of cameo appearances. Plus what’s not to like about theater popcorn?

Its a good movie.

Comedy.

Lots of subtle digs at the left, with some that were not so subtle.

There was one reference, albeit a little oblique, to the Messiah. During the Hitler part (w/ Kelsey Grammer as Gen Patton), the faux documentary that was shown depicting the rise of Hitler mentioned (IIRC) his campaign for “change”. When we saw it Friday night, half the theatre got the reference and laughed out loud.
Great movie!

These are Hollywood Conservatives who make and act in this. Kelsey Grammer, John Voight, Kevin Farely, and more.

Really, we should show our support for their support.

Besides, it’s an hilarious comedy parodying Michael Moore and his ilk.

Saw it today, funny, worth the time and humor. Theatre half full but then again I am a fiscal conservative so I went to the early show which is normally not full.

Worth the $$, some great scenes.

Saw it tonight in downtown San Francisco. Very few empty seats. Every conservative in the Bay Area must have been there. The audience was pretty much engaged with the movie. Lotsa people caught the subtle stuff. Pretty good round of applause at the end.
